We totally loved our stay in Arnel's place! The unit is spacious, perfect for family with kids like us! Our daughter really likes the bunk bed and the huge TV! The place is so cozy and comfortable, it has an inviting environment that we don't want to go out! It has a complete kitchen utensils and appliances. I especially love the washing machine because we were able to dry our wet clothes from swimming before going home! The view is perfect, it gives more appeal to the place. Arnel was incredibly responsive and so kind, he let us extend for 3hrs for free!! The location is very convenient as it is walking distance to SM Trece. I recommend this place, definitely want to go back again! I am so thankful to found this gem!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo! The highlight was definitely the entertainment room, which featured reclining chairs and a large-inch TV—perfect for a true movie night experience. The place was spotlessly clean and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was easy and convenient, and we had no issues getting in or out of the building thanks to the smooth and accessible check-in process. Literal na nasa harap lang sya ng SM Trece entrance, like less than 100m from the building and walking distance lang. The host was very responsive, friendly, and made sure everything went smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a cozy movie night setup!

We had an amazing stay at Ms. Luisa's unit! The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home, ensuring we had everything we needed. We had our toddler with us during our stay and place was perfect because my child had enough space to play safely. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable getaway!

Compared to other accommodations in the same building, the space was big and nice enough, but the blankets provided were too thin, not enough, and there was no washing machine, so it was a little uncomfortable.

Melisa and Enrique's condo exceeded our expectations. the place is very spacious with very comfortable sleeping arrangements. there is so much attention to detail, decorations and thought out design. the place is impeccably clean, one of the cleanest Airbnb's we stayed at in our travels. the hosts were extremely hospitable and responsive, I highly recommend booking this Airbnb.

The unit is cozy, stylish, and inviting. I especially love that it’s on the 5th floor, with a balcony that overlooks the clubhouse, offering a peaceful and relaxing view. It’s even more stunning when it rains and the fog rolls in. The lighting inside is perfect for taking great photos. I also appreciated the thoughtful touch of providing a free hair blower. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. We’ll definitely be staying here again in the future!

Melissa’s place was perfect for my family..not too big, not too small. The location was very easy to find. She was very responsive. She told me all the things I need to do, how to get to the place, etc. without me asking. Her caretaker were very helpful too. I would definitely go back to her place again. We stayed for 3D 2N and Cyrill’s place felt like home. The unit is located at tower 1 which is very accessible to a lot of place. We needed to get some supplies and Robinsons mall is just walking distance from the tower. The unit is clean, and almost complete with everything that you will need. The taal view is superb!! The only challenging part is the parking. We availed the overnight parking near the clubhouse which is ~5mins walk from tower 1 (rate is per hour), and it’s not that easy to go in and out of the place with your car because of the parking distance. All in all, we had a very good stay and will consider booking again next time.

The place was as beautiful as described. Unfortunately, the day was too cloudy and we dont get to see much of the supposedly great view from the balcony. But the place was clean. The only thing i was looking for was extra blankets since we were 5. And i forgot to message the co host to ask for extra blankets because its too late in the night when i realized.

Stayed at Casa Calivil for the second time around. Mikha and Jeric, the hosts who became our friends and dear financial advisors, exerted effort to surprise us with a thoughtful gift. I was with my husband and daughter. We absolutely love the ambiance of the place that’s why we came back. It truly feels like a home away from home.

I found the place conveniently located for my 1 week training and Fernand's place is a great unit to stay at. Located at a higher floor level with a good view of the surrounding areas including Taal. The place, although small, is clean, safe and adequately equipped for essentials. I appreciated that they have a steamer iron which came very handy during the stay. Having wifi and Netflix was very convenient, plus the bed mattress was comfortable. I would add this unit to the list whenever I would need a place in Tagaytay. The host was friendly and responsive. I wish I can say the same for the caretaker/local contact person --- don't get your hopes high on her please. Well recommended!

Thank you for having us. It was really relaxing. The place have complete amenities. Even a steamer to iron your clothes and hair blower. They also have a ps4 for gamers to enjoy. They also have first aid and medicines available which is really a plus for me. Ate nancy which is the caretaker is really accommodating as well, the host is very responsive. All you basically need to do is go there check in and relax. Thank you again and looking forward in staying in your place again. :)
