Walkers will also find their own, thanks to the expansive forest, literally "a stone's throw away" from the guesthouse. If you're a little more active, we have a lot of kilometers on the straight for cyclists to not only do sports, but especially to breathe.

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Součástí je také terasa a kryté parkovací stání. Lokalita tohoto apartmánu je výjimečná. Nachází se v blízkosti Hluboké nad Vltavou, kde je známý zámek, zoo, sportovní centrum a golfové hřiště. V létě také možnost koupání. Českobudějovické centrum je vzdálené jen pár minut. Zastávka je u apartmánu.

Milujeme zvířata, přírodu a psíka Pátka, který u nás bydlí. LIPAA je 3 minuty od autobusového nádraží. Do centra seběhnete z kopce za necelých 10 minut. Parkování je v ceně, městská daň 50,-Kč / os./ den.

Třeboňské náměstí can be reached by a quiet street or bike path. The apartment is part of a family house where living owners. With a private entrance and property, you won't be able to meet.

Our chats

Our cottage is located on a semi-remote in a forest by the Stropnice River. While this may not be the case at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by a crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the patio. There's no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time together.
