Charming quiet accommodation with sea view.

Unique and quiet accommodation with garden. The area is quiet, 5 min by car to the village and shops, with access to the beach at 400m. New and spacious apartment, consisting of a bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a large open main room with a well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso, etc.), a beautiful bathroom. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed. Internet/4G included. Netflix (using your account). Travel cot, high chair and stroller available. Linen is provided (except beach towels).

In Trébeurden, pink granite coast, in the most sought after area of Lan Kerellec, close to the beach, you will be in the spacious living room communicating on the terrace as in an aquarium. 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have a sea view. If you come with children, one of the 3 bedrooms will be equipped with 4 single beds. The beach of Roc'h Ascoat is 2 steps from the house. Quiet area, shops, restaurants and beaches of Tresmeur, Goaz Trez and Pors Tremen and marina within walking distance

Duplex, exceptional sea view

For rent, 67 m² duplex with exceptional sea views, close to the beaches, on the 7th and 8th floors of a 20th century heritage-listed building (with elevator). In bedroom 2, I can separate the 160 bed frame into two 80 beds if needed. You will enjoy the magical sunsets on the terrace. In July and August I ask for check-in after 4:00 p.m. and checkout at 10:00 a.m., for other periods I can be more flexible if the apartment is not rented before or after.

Beautiful bright apartment.

Very nice apartment of 52m2 located 50 m from the beach "Octo Termen" and the port. Living room, very bright living room with fitted kitchen. (Oven, dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, senseo, ...) Washing machine. Two bedrooms: One with a bed of 160 and the other with a bed of 140 . Linens provided and beds made upon arrival. Private parking and a cellar are also available. Very nice balcony with sunbed and garden furniture.
