The four-sided farm from 1890 still serves as a farm. Only the street-side house is used for living. Right next to the private stable is the tastefully furnished apartment on the second floor with an open staircase and large balcony. You can hear the horses snorting and the birds chirping, but also the morning sounds of stable work. The quiet street leads directly to Lake Riewendsee with its swimming area 2 km away. A restaurant is within walking distance. One of the most popular cafes. Brandenburg with a bakery is about 4 km away.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis, not far from the Havelradweg and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas hot water shower, dry toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. There is no heating for safety reasons. If you're interested, you can play table tennis, badminton or just relax in the shade or sun.

Our cozy apartment is part of our detached house in Paretz as an in-law apartment. Our beautiful garden can be shared with our animals (dog, cat and sheep) and invites you to relax and linger. Nature lovers and peace seekers will certainly get their money's worth in Paretz; whether walking in the nature reserve of the "Paretzer Erdlöcher" or relaxing at the Havel swimming area, which can be reached in just a 10-minute walk.

Historic gem with character

As a professional violin maker, we have a sense of detail. In our guest apartment, stylish baroque elements from the origin of the house combine with the most modern equipment possible. This combination guarantees authenticity and coziness. During the renovation, we tried to get as much of the original substance as possible. Whole warning: A low ceiling beams dating back to 1775 crosses the space.

Cozy, modern houseboat in Potsdam

Our houseboat is a cozy, modern fixed boat, which is located on a jetty of a campsite. The high-quality equipment and the fantastic view over the Templin lake make it difficult for us to leave every time. In summer we enjoy the 90 sqm roof terrace, which also invites you to barbecue. Through underfloor heating, fireplace and private sauna, we make our houseboat a fantastic retreat even in winter.
