The place is perfect for a short or long stay. The house has all the amenities you will need. The pool was amazing. Everything was clean and spotless. Short ride to the beach and a short ride to downtown. I hope we can go back again!

The house was stunning! The backyard was perfect for us girls to lounge by the pool. We were hoping to be able to bike to more places but it was just a tad too far for us. We found ourselves ubering to st. Pete more than planned. The beds were comfortable after a long day in the sun! When we showed up 10 minutes past check in time they were just finishing up cleaning the house. We were happy to see they take their time and pride themselves in a clean home!!

We got in to town late but were able to let ourselves in via David’s instructions, and the house looked exactly like all the pictures. One thing that drew us to this Airbnb was the amount of activities to do at the house and the baby/toddler amenities— the kids (10, 4, 1) were never bored, and when we couldn’t go to the beach they enjoyed the pool or played arcade games. Something I didn’t expect was the amount of beach supplies available, including children’s sand toys. They all came in quite handy! There was a desk available to work remotely, and the kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, etc for cooking and the grill was easy to use as well. Everything was perfect and picturesque! One thing that put a damper on our trip was the neighbor backed into one of our cars & left, so we had to file a hit and run report with the police— David went above and beyond to assist us and was able to get video footage from the neighbors showing the car that backed into us! 10/10 Highly recommend

The family had a great time! We had plenty of room and lots to do! The place was located in a convenient location near lots of places that we were interested in! Danielle was quick to respond!

We loved our stay here! The pictures do not do it justice. Our space was perfect for our family of 4 and was much bigger than the pictures showed. There is plenty of storage space for your things and the loft is perfect for the kids to have their own space. The tiki porch was awesome and the pool is right outside the back door. My kids loved feeding the turtles and koi in the pond. It is a short drive to the beach and only a 5-minute drive to downtown Dunedin. We loved coming back and relaxing in the pool after a day out. The property is so peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

The host was very responsive and helpful. We got in town earlier than check-in time and we were able to go ahead and check-in with their permission. The home was nice and clean. The neighborhood was very quiet. The pool and hot tub was very nice. The house was close to Dunedin, Tampa, and St Petersburg so we were able to visit all three plus spend time at Clearwater. We visited the Florida Aquarium in Tampa and it was nice. The Honeymoon Beach was awesome. I would definitely stay here again on our next visit to town. Great host and home. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

From beginning to end my experience was amazing. Great location and an awesome waterfront view. Nice restaurant in walking distance. The unit was clean and the hosting team was very helpful. I will definitely be visiting again sometime soon.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was a very clean condo with beautiful views from the patio. Saw dolphins almost every morning and at dusk. Close to many restaurants. Close to the beach also had a very nice and clean pool with plenty of chairs for seating. When we were there, the pool was not crowded at all. There were also beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas available to use. Well stocked kitchen with good pans for cooking and two grills that were available to use at no additional cost Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely be back

Very beautiful home, we loved the large bathrooms, beautiful kitchen and super comfy beds! The location was nearby all we wanted to do while being an easy place just to stay in and relax. We loved it here and would absolutely return!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this home. Loved the decor and the open space for our whole family to enjoy. The location was perfect just one block to the beach (a more private area of the beach than most!) and easy to get to Clearwater or restaurants in Indian Rocks area. The kitchen was gorgeous and well stocked... really the whole home had all of the necessities plus plenty of special touches and extras. We loved the backyard and the pool was a huge hit! The corn hole, beach balls, water guns and mini shuffle board game kept everyone having fun the whole stay. Outdoor shower was so convenient when coming in from the beach. Thank you Grace for a beautiful vacation!

I can't recommend this house enough! My wife and I stayed here for honeymoon, and it was comfortable, felt very cozy, and had a great view of the West Coast Intercostal. The deck chairs and hot tub were great to relax in. The location is also nice - minutes away from the beach, restaurants, and boat rentals, and about a half hour drive from Tampa and St. Pete. Deanna was very helpful and communicated well.

Just as advertised. Beautiful condo that had everything you needed. The location was perfect. With easy access to the beach and pool area is everything you could ask for. Watching the sunset from the gulf facing balcony was AMAZING!!! We would certainly comeback and stay there again. We highly recommend it!!!

The backyard was beautiful and a perfect place to relax in the afternoons and evenings. Everyone loved the pool. The place was a close drive to a lot of good restaurants in all directions. We had room to spread out since three of us had to work several days.

the house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! the master bed was actually heaven. and we all fought over the amazing shower head in the main bathroom. the location is absolutely perfect just far enough from the beach but just right over the bridge to get there quickly. and walmart being right behind it comes in handy for all the items you find out you forgot to bring. will absolutely be booking again with her. already looking at 2 more weekends for this summer. we did not take advantage of the golf cart since we had a rental car but will definitely be using it next time!

Me and my family stayed a week here and it was wonderful! Great location and multiple beach access points close, including one about a half mile at the end of the street. Golf cart is included which is a great deal! Extremely clean and pool is big and relaxing! Only downfall was there was no cooler for the beach that we could find, but we brought our own. Pool light also didn't work but host was responsive and explained that the part was on order, so can't hold anything against them! I would recommend this home to stay in for sure!

Excellent stay. Ken's place is very clean, well supplied, and the location is amazing. Steps away from one of the most beautiful beaches and walking distance to a fun John's pass. Check in was super easy and Ken was quick to respond to questions. The beach was so beautiful and the outdoor shower was great to was off the sand. The house really had everything. Highly recommend this property for a great vacation experience.

Gretchen’s home was the cutest for a bachelorette trip! Located right by John’s Pass, it was walkable to the beach but driving over was more convenient. The place was spotless, tastefully decorated. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked well. Her listing is accurate, and she is prompt to respond if needed. She is very thorough in instructions and letting you know what amenities are available. The electricity went out while we were gone and she sent us a text to keep us informed, which was really nice. She definitely cares about the guest experience! I would definitely stay here again 😊

We found Scott’s place after having to leave another place due to misleading description. Scott was a fantastic host who made every effort to accommodate us. The AC broke in our unit, and Scott responded immediately. He had another small unit on location he made available for us. The AC was fixed the next day, and we were able to relax after a long day of cleaning out our home that was severely damaged after Hurricane Helene. The place is super cute, with a cute coastal vibe. Kitchen is well stocked with new appliances and a full washer and dryer is such a plus. All amenities were as listed. We had a long week of hard work, but this place was so great to come back to at the end of the day. I can’t thank Scott enough for his integrity and willingness to make a tough situation very manageable. For those looking for a vacation rental the location is outstanding. Easy walk to beach and restaurants.

Beautiful place with comfortable furniture, very pleasant to grill and cook, cute private patio, plenty of space to lounge out and rest in between long stints on the beach. Matt thought of everything a family needs to live in a home away from home. It was the perfect place for our young family and we plan on booking this exact place next time we go to treasure island!
