quiet place, close to the stone market, easy to find places to eat and near BNS-Jatim Park recreation. If you want to cook you can also have cooking utensils, rice cooker, you can also burn corn.. it's as comfortable as living in your own home.

The villa is nice, perfect for a big family vacation

Very comfortable place and is located in a fancy neighborhood. Near the city center, so it was easy for us to try the local recommendation there. The place is clean and the amenities are complete. Would love to come back to stay here if we go back to Malang.

Great place. This place is the beginning of batu. I would recommend staying here.

The villa is located in a very serene housing complex, so no noisy street trafic. The neighbours are all very calm & not rowdy too. As for the villa itself, it was very clean & has complete, working amenities. I might say that the only con is the wifi; it didn't work very well (unstable connection, on-off internet connection) & almost no signal when you are inside the rooms. Other than that, it's a perfect out of town stay with the whole family away from the noisy city crowd. Very peaceful & serene 👍👍

The place is clean, cozy, Art is also very helpful, all complete with bath soap, floats are available for children to swim, kitchen utensils and complete food ingredients are provided and ready to cook such as tea, coffee, cooking oil, rice and noodles. It felt like a vacation at home,.. Thank you very much, when I come back I will stay again What needs to be improved: only the sound system can't be used, the shower and faucet need rejuvenation.

The house is comfortable, clean, and in a beautiful and cool environment. The location is easy to find and the location is very strategic because it is between the cities of malang and batu. Easy to find convenient stores and places to eat. Pak Handi is very communicative.

Excellent rooms in a safe guarded location. Friendly staff. Private pool. Rooms are big. Might be noisy at night, there are loudspeakers playing. Might have some bugs

nice villa with beautiful surroundings and scenery. homey and family vibes villa. the family room are big with sofa and carpets provided, so you can gather with 10+ people there to chit chat or playing games. kitchen utensils are quite complete you can cook by yourself. there is no TV here so you can't do karaoke or watching movies, but you can bring your own laptop and speaker. there is wifi connection provided here, but sometimes the internet speed is not stable. in the midnight the electricity power for the bedrooms is disconnected, no problem because we were going to sleep anyway. the villa staff (pak Sukar) is also helpful and kind to us. overall good experience, but some detail needs to be improved : 1. the bathroom door lock is stucked 2. the carpet and sofa quite dusty, need to be vacuumed. 3. the gas-powered water heater worked once, but then it didn't work for the whole day until check out. maybe upgrading into an electric water heater might be a solution
