Our apartment is decorated with reclaimed wood, stone, and high-quality materials in the Alpine style. Most of the furniture is beautiful individual pieces. We racked our brains about how to create the greatest possible feeling of well-being. Coming in and feeling good while enjoying the great views of the Predigtstuhl was the goal. In the apartment building there is a large panoramic pool and a measly fitness area.😂 The house has a great location and very good accessibility.

Tiny House with privat Hot Tub and Sauna

With great attention to detail, we have created a small haven of peace for those seeking relaxation here at the beautiful Waginger See. Our Tiny House "Gänseblümchen" is with about 16 sqm a cozy retreat and has everything you wish for a relaxing vacation. Very special is your private wellness area with barrel sauna and hot tub, which can also be a refreshment in the summer. In the house you can enjoy the mountain view in the hammock or relax in bed streaming something.

"Magnolia" vacation apartment on the 2nd floor, for 3-4 people

We offer a 50 sqm apartment with mountain views! We live here very secluded and quiet so the perfect place to really unwind! The lidos in Taching and Tengling are each about 2 km away. Organic wooden house apartment in the basement

Cozy and warm in winter, pleasantly cool in summer, definitely quiet and centrally located, this apartment is in the heart of the Chiemgau. Newly built in 2022 and lovingly furnished, everything is available to feel comfortable and relax. Whether on foot directly from the wooden house, by bike into the nearby beautiful landscape or by car to the many lakes or in the mountains for hiking or skiing, only 6 km from Traunstein, this apartment is the ideal base camp.

Log cabin with its own sauna - like in a tree house

Charming wooden plank hut near the Wasserburg old town on a wild steep slope property. With mini kitchen, microwave/hot air/grill, kettle and fridge. In the small bathroom there is a shower and a toilet. Instead of the hand wash basin, a door leads to the sauna terrace. The cabin is equipped with electric heating and an electric boiler (30 l). The outdoor sauna invites you to relax. A fee of 20 euros will be charged per use. Smoking is allowed outside the cabin.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated, has a state-of-the-art interior and consists of an open space of 65 M2, which creates a very open and free feeling. The unique view over Lake Wolfgang can be enjoyed to the fullest. The luxurious bathroom including a huge bathtub, in combination with the ambient lighting, ensures ultimate relaxation. A box spring bed, a modern kitchen and a comfortable sofa ensure a perfect holiday feeling.

Tiny House Bergen Schwesterchen Willkommen in unserem, mit viel Liebe selbstgebauten, Tiny House. Wir hoffen, dass ihr euch genauso wohl fühlt, wie wir. Unter dem großen Dach befindet sich ein zweites Tiny House, "Brüderchen", welches auch über Airbnb buchbar ist. Beide Tinys haben eine eigene Terrasse, teilen sich jedoch ein Dach sowie einen gemeinsam nutzbaren Raum in der Mitte mit Waschmaschine und Trockner sowie den großen Garten.

The sloping ceilings give the apartment a, as we put it, 'griabi' charm, but still watch your head ;) Since the apartment is located in the attic, climbing stairs over 3 floors is required.
