Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Trapper Creek

Great place to stay, house is exactly what the photos show and has many amenities. Though my group is only 4 adults for the stay, this house is great for a family up to 7 persons, nice and spacious layout, has many board games to entertain yourselves if you have children. Conveniently located, few minutes walk to downtown restaurants and short drive to other attractions. Would definitely recommend my friends to stay here.

We had a wonderful time at Kelly and Rob’s place. It’s got excellent access to town and fishing. It’s also a great place to rest for a day or two if you are like us and are trying to pack as much into a vacation as possible. It has plenty of room to space out if you have been cramped up in the car for a few days and you need to spread out. It also has the washer and dryer to get you caught back up on your laundry while you are traveling. House is absolutely beautiful. Thanks again.

This was a beautiful place and loved our stay. Our kids enjoyed the lake and house a lot - so much they started missing it once we left. Andrew was very helpful and proactive in communicating with us and made it very easy.

An amazing place to stay on your Alaska adventure! Easy to find right off Alaska's main highway - we used this as a base camp to access all the amazing fishing creeks/rivers in the surrounding area. The cabin has everything you need and is very spacious with a cozy wood stove! There's an adorable coffee stand next door with a fire pit and games, giving you a perfect place to hang out. Kale and his crew are amazing hosts! Would love to stay again! 10/10 :D

Great place to stay and day trip to Denali NP! Beautiful surroundings and very peaceful. Mom’s Thai restaurant and Jana’s coffee were both great options to grab food from that are within minutes of the Airbnb. Would highly recommend a stay here!

This place was exactly as described, clean, and an awesome location! We really enjoyed our stay. Ora was proactive and communicative.

Mary Jo was amazing and her place was perfect! A short 3-5 mins walk to town and everything we needed. We definitely recommend!

The apartment in Palmer was lovely and cozy. The bed was comfortable, there is a small desk to work on. the bathroom is spacious and has a nice soaking Jacuzzi tub. The small kitchenette was easy to move around in and stocked with necessities. Kelli thoughtfully kept a stock of coffee,tea, snacks.. The location was beautiful! we loved the cute apartment and highly recommend to all!

This second floor apartment was very spacious and had every amenity you could want, plus the decor was very "Alaskan". The owners of the Lodge are so friendly and even provide breakfast for all the guests along with helpful suggestions about the area. Highly recommend staying here if you are on the way to Denali NP or if you love to fish!

We had a great time at the property! The atmosphere is quaint. It is easy to find. The host is very timely with communication. The property is located in a wooded area close to Talkeetna. Very beautiful!

Loved this lakeside getaway! Definitely check out the host’s recommendations, Flying Squirrel Bakery/Cafe and Spinach Bread were highlights of the trip. Be aware this is a downstairs space so if the host is around you will hear normal living sounds (i.e. footsteps, music, etc.) but this was never a problem for us as it was always quiet during sleeping hours. It’s a beautiful location and feels very homey, the kitchen is lovely and set up well. The outdoor setup is great if you catch nice weather (it rained the whole time we were there). Perfect for a solo or pair of travelers looking to relax and still be near plenty of things to do. I would book it for a longer stay next time!

Sarah gave great directions. The town is very cute. The cottage was terrific for our needs. We only used the microwave and fridge. The shower is great! Bedding is comfortable. The cottage has an eclectic vibe, shabby chic and vintage furnishings. I would definitely stay again if in Alaska and would recommend to anyone.
