Steinar was incredibly accommodating. Although we didn’t meet in person, he was very responsive and quick to answer all our messages. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. The house exceeded our expectations — it was even better than the photos. The location is perfect: right across from the ferry to Tromsø, which made our departure super convenient (you can park in the ferry lane and relax at the house until boarding). It’s also close to many of Senja’s top attractions — Segla, for instance, is just a 20-minute drive away. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. Highly recommended!

Perfect place to stay especially if you arriving into Senja via ferry since it's very close to it. This airbnb is also about 15-20 mins to the trailhead for Barden, Hesten, and Segla, two of which I got to do. There's a 24h convenience store also close to the trailhead for Segla / Hesten. The place is huge and I was traveling by myself, I appreciate the cleanliness and the availability of kitchen utensils and spices (although I wish there was sugar). The place also smelled nice, they picked the right scents. Host is very responsive, I felt assured cause I was arriving late, so it was good he is very quick with responses. Would love to stay here again if I get to visit Senja again.

Very cozy and spacious apartment. Individually and tastefully furnished. There was everything you need. Toilet and the separate bathroom were very clean. Beds are very comfortable. Check-in was hassle-free. The hosts respond quickly to messages and are very helpful and friendly. A wonderful place to relax after the whale safari and the hikes in the area.

We have been lucky to have traveled to a number of Airbnbs around the world; this one is outstanding. The view is stunning, the space is ample and lovely, hosts are gracious, couches and beds comfortable. We loved hiking and exploring the area, and also resting and recuperating in this amazing apartment. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Amazing place and very nice and accommodating host. The accommodation has everything you need. We felt very comfortable. Quiet location and the center can be easily reached on foot in about 10 to 15 minutes.

We had a wonderful stay! Originally, we were accommodated in the small studio, but when the landlord's brother saw that we were traveling with a toddler (14 months), he kindly offered to move us to a larger accommodation. This hospitality totally surprised and touched us – simply great! We were also allowed to use the large washing machine and dryer when he noticed our laundry mountain – that was incredibly helpful on a longer trip with a child. The place was very clean, the sauna is free to use, and washing also costs nothing – a real plus! The location is fantastic – overlooking mountains, the sea and even a beach nearby. We felt completely comfortable and can absolutely recommend the stay. Thank you for everything!

Cozy apartment, stunning view of the fjord and a perfect location that places you near the city itself and the surrounding fjords and mountains you will want to explore. But even more impressive is the way Simen treats you. Kind, easy to reach and definitely someone who’ll give you a warm welcome. Too bad that I got captured by the beauty of the fjords and mountains that I couldn’t chat a bit more with him. I wish all the best for Simen and his family. I promised myself I would return to Tromsø area very soon - and I’ll try to book Simen’s place again (as long as it’s not already booked, because it’s a gem!)

10/10! Started with excellent communication. Continued with good directions and a perfect, central location. Furthermore, it was easy to get into the apartment, and it was sparkling clean. No fancy furniture, but I didn't miss anything. The bed was comfortable, and I didn't hear much as a beep from the neighbors. I'd love to come back ☺️

Super nice modern apartment with everything you need. The bedroom can be perfectly darkened during the midnight sun - this is helpful when falling asleep! We felt right at home. In addition, you have an incredibly beautiful view of the fjord. Top - clear recommendation!

Vidar is very responsive, very good for two people we stayed two nights We were a little cold at night, other than that nothing to report!

The apartment was very tidy, well equipped and lovingly furnished. Due to the location on the mountain and the large windows facing the fjord, we could even see the northern lights from the apartment. We would definitely book the apartment again.
