Fantastic apartment located on the main floor of the House that was the Prince of Lampedusa, author of "Il Gattopardo". The fully restored apartment is located in the historical center of Palermo, surrounded by the major museums and theaters of the city. The entrance leads to the living room connected to the fully equipped kitchen-living room. Both rooms overlook the large terrace with pool. Our newly built vacation home "Casa Via dell'Acqua" (year 2023), is located on the edge of a small valley with ample space in the middle of nature among olive trees and citrus trees typical of Sicily. It is about 3 km from the sea and the fishing village of San Nicola L'Arena. The view falls on the mountains of the "Pizzo Cane" nature reserve (you can hike) and you can glimpse the sea. Next to the house is another vacation home of my mother's ideal for +4 people.

As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

The cottage by the sea is a new structure designed as accommodation for guests who want to enjoy the sea directly from home without having to take the car, given its location directly on the beach. The house can accommodate up to 5-6 people, and is divided as follows: 1 bedroom for double use, a loft bedroom for double use and a small room with bunk beds, 1 bathroom on the floor, kitchen and beautiful terrace with kitchen overlooking the sea .
