Beachfront vacation rentals in Town of Rockingham

My boyfriend and I stayed in the Boathouse Suite for a weekend and had a wonderful time! The space is adorable, the scenery is beautiful, and it is exactly as described— rustic chic. Donna Lee was an incredible host; she was so responsive and helpful, and gave great recommendations for things to do in the surrounding area. Donna Lee was also so accommodating and kind when a storm forced us to hunker down for an extra night. The Boathouse Suite was exactly what we were looking for, and I cannot recommend it enough! Thanks Donna Lee!

Siding was very communicative throughout the entire process. My family enjoyed the cottage to ring in the New Year together. We had such a peaceful time. The house was just as described. We were lucky with weather and were able to enjoy a New Year’s Eve hike with great views

We had a wonderful stay! We were able to snowmobile right from the house and enjoy the scenic views of the lake.

So thankful we were able to get away for a few nights and visit camp! Absolutely beautiful location with gorgeous views. We loved having the summer camp feel and getting to be away from our devices. So many cute cats on property :) also loved the hot tub!!

Denise was wonderful! She was responsive and flexible with check in and out. Her camp was perfect for a night of “unplugging”, quiet, with plenty of supplies. We did have to share an outhouse with the “neighboring tent”, but it was not an issue. We are already thinking of coming back.

Peggy and Harry are wonderful hosts. They were always available to attend to our needs. The house is extremely well stocked and clean. They are also extremely knowledgeable about the area and love to talk about it. The lake is beautiful and quiet. The area is great for exploring southern NH while not being too far from anywhere in the state. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Cousin’s cottage was very comfortable and quiet neighborhood, which allowed me to work remotely easily. Internet worked great and the house had everything we needed for our month long stay!! Would highly recommend.

We had a great stay. Everyone really loved the farmhouse feel. Check in was easy and Jarad was very responsive and accommodating. We would have loved to use the outdoor space and bar but it was just too cold this visit, we will be back to give that all a shot when the weather warms up. There was a great local grocer not to far away and the ski mountain was just a short drive. This was a great place to stay and it had the first indoor toilet in cavadish (at least according to the previous owner)

We were delighted with the property and it was perfect for my wife and I. The house is small but the use of space is excellent. There is ample living space, bedrooms, dining and kitchen. The space seems bigger because it flow out onto a patio that connects to a veranda. There is even a fire pit if you are so in inclined. We had meals outside and enjoyed the adirondack chairs on the dock. They provided kayaks that we used everyday, the lake was like glass and so peaceful. Nearby are plenty of restaurants. We also ventured to Peterborough and to a local apple orchard for picking apples and freshly made cider donuts. This stay exceeded expectations.

We spent a weekend in this beautiful house in early spring. The house is amazing and has everything you need. The view is amazing and the pond invites you to fish or watch birds. It‘s calm and relaxing. Would love to come back here soon and spend more time. Kelly and Claire have been amazing hosts and a nice contact.

What s beautiful home. 7 beds was ideal for our group. Place had a lake right out the back door. Our group has a yearly trip to the area and we plan on booking again. Host answered any questions quickly

Beautiful location, comfortable rustic home with everything you need to cook and grill. Lots of stuff to do on the lake. Very serene. Charlene is super friendly and helpful. It was a really nice touch she provided a bottle of wine, juice, eggs, bagels and butter upon check in.

Quiet, cozy place to stay. Plenty of beds for our extended family to stay for the weekend. The lakeside location would be great for summer. We came in the fall, but it was lovely just to sit on the deck, have coffee, and enjoy the scenery. Kitchen is fully stocked. You’re less than 10 min to downtown Wilmington. Hope to stay again.

Colin's house was a super cozy lake house, beautifully decorated with the lake and water in mind with family vacation coziness in mind. Lots of beds and fully equipped for 8 people. The location is amazing. Super quiet on a dirt road directly down to a lake where we went swimming, kayaking and pedal boating (kayaks and pedal boat were part of the property). We had some memorable family days and would rent Colin's lake house again if we come back to New Hampshire. Love New England!

This cozy, perfectly clean and renovated cabin is a slice of heaven on the green river. The property is absolutely breath taking. Maximum level of Vermont quaintness with its covered bridge and babbling spring while roasting marshmallows on the outdoor pit. It is decently far from shops, but the country store down the road has everything you need. I hope to be back when the weather is warmer so I can dip in that beautiful river. Beds were comfortable, linens very clean and kitchen stocked with what you would need.

This property was the most peaceful stay I have ever had. So quiet and relaxing. It was the perfect getaway while we were in town for a wedding. The stay had everything we needed to make dinners for the family and a wonderful porch overlooking Lake Beebe. Thanks for sharing your space with my family and me. Side note: Dylan was very successful fishing in this lake and the boats made it easy to explore the lake.

We had a wonderful stay at this home! Stephen and Toby were great hosts who were easy to work with. Some of the house has been renovated recently and is beautiful. The house was clean and the views were amazing! We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed an after Christmas getaway with our family and young toddler grandson. The house was perfect for our needs! Our hosts thoughtfully provided a crib and bedding, stair safety gates, outlet and cabinet protectors making it easy for all to relax. Every room was beautifully decorated, very welcoming and quite comfortable. The kitchen was spacious and fully equipped, we had everything we needed. The house is in a small lakeside neighborhood and was very peaceful. It is in close proximity to Sunapee ski resort and although we didn’t ski, we found plenty of outdoor activities to do. We enjoyed watching the changing winter weather across the lake, taking hikes along local trails and a snow tubing recreational area not far away. We had a memorable stay and would highly recommend it to all! Thank you, Mike and Lori!

We just got back from an amazing few days at Breezy Pines. Mary was always quick to respond to any questions I had. The cottage was well equipped from kitchen supplies to comfortable linens and towel, Wi-fi, as well as wood for the fire pit. We enjoyed lazy days lounging in the sun and swimming. Meals were enjoyed on the screen porch overlooking the lake. Amazing sunset views. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This was the perfect weekend getaway! The location is absolutely gorgeous, and the cabins were cozy and comfortable. We will absolutely be returning next summer!

This house was just what we were looking for! We wanted something right on the water. The nice, sandy beach surpassed what we expected. We swam, fished and kayaked. The porch, overlooking the lake and surroundings is so peaceful. Our days ended, gathered around the fire pit, on the beach, perfect! The house was very clean and very well stocked. There were a few things I had to contact Robin about, her responses were quick, helpful and friendly. The ice machine and outdoor beverage ‘fridge, very nice, amenities. My family would highly recommend host Robin and her beautiful lake house!

Jim’s place is a dream!! The photos don’t do it justice. These cabins are so cute and cozy, and even on our rainy/snowy weekend in March we had a fantastic stay. Views are gorgeous and the setting feels private and peaceful. Jim was super friendly and kindly set up the sauna for us to use. Everyone was comfortable and the cabins were very clean. Check in/out was easy and convenient. Our group really enjoyed it and would definitely stay again!!

A wonderful stay in Wilmington, short ride to Mt Snow. House was bright and airy; clean and all amenities you would need. Lake view a plus. Nothing to add, a really nice home; highly recommend.
