A lovely forest path leads to the sea and the most beautiful sea views. A staircase leads down to the fine sandy beach and the clear water. In the evening, the most magical sunsets can be enjoyed. Summer atmosphere with barbecue on the terrace, sun and swimming on the beach or autumn/winter coziness with lovely walks by the sea and board games in the living room. The apartment: a bedroom with 2 really good box mattresses, which function as a double bed or single beds. Both winter and summer duvets are extra long. Combined living room/kitchen, entrance and small bathroom with shower. There is private guest parking and bicycles available. Close to lovely Kattegat with access to the beach from the landowners' association beach. NOTE: due to dog allergy, no pets. Sorry.

Welcome to our idyllic cottage!

Our cottage is located in Evetofte/Melby on a nice, densely planted and sunny plot. Here, there is a cycling distance to the cozy Liseleje, which offers restaurants, cafes and a cozy shopping life. It's real Danish holiday coziness at its best. Liseleje also has one of Denmark's best beaches with a magical light when the sun sets after a long beautiful day. In the last few years, we have updated the house with a new kitchen, new bathroom, post-insulated, new thermal windows and a whole garden.

Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

Personal and cozy cottage on Zealand's north coast close to Liseleje and Hundested. Large house and large grounds with all the essentials. Close to beach, eco-village, train station and shopping. Hundested and Liseleje are within cycling distance and both towns offer good restaurants, lots of shopping, fresh fish and clever specialty shops.
