There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

Comodo per soggiorni più lunghi, organizzato con tutto il necessario. La terrazza/balcone, 5 mq mq, arredata con divano, tavolino e sedie permette di goderne i lati migliori soprattutto nei pasti e ore serali. Agevole parcheggio gratuito esterno a 100 mt. non custodito ma sicuro ( Caserma CC e PL). Provare per credere!
