Charming cottage in beautiful Järnsida, a leisure area by the sea with walking distance to swimming area. The cottage is located next to a forest area. Lawn for outdoor activities, two terraces in different weather conditions. There is a barbecue and indoors there is a fireplace to burn in. Two single beds, a bunk bed, and a sofa bed are provided. Laundry machine in bathroom and shower with entrance from outside. 30 min to Kalmar and about 45 min to Karlskrona. Grocery store is located in Bergkvara about 2 kilometers away. 24/7 and farm shop in Bröms.

The cottage is located right next to the Baltic Sea, outside Bergkvara located midway between Kalmar and Karlskrona with about 4 miles to each cities (about 25 minutes by car). The cottage was completed in 2022 and is 45 sqm + loft. The cottage has all the amenities you can imagine with sea views from all rooms. Changing table, crib & high chair can be rented for 20€/200 SEK per stay. Bed sheets & towels can be rented at 15€/SEK 150 per set. 150 meters from the cottage is also a swimming area with sandy beach, swimming jetties and raft.
