Our beautiful studio apartment is located in the heart of Porto, with all landmarks at walking distance. Enjoy the exquisite view to Jardim das Oliveiras and almost touch Torre dos Clérigos as you stretch your arms in the morning! The apartment is in the 3rd floor. There's no elevator/lift. We are close to the main Avenue of the city of Aveiro, 1400 meters from the tourist area/historic center and 600 meters from the Aveiro Footbridges. Aveiro train station is about 800 meters away. It is a calm, quiet, safe and little urbanized area. Ideal for those who want to get to know the city and at the same time rest. Porto 1870 Garden House is located in a Century building recently refurbished in the center of Porto, on one of the city's most charateristic streets, Rua do Almada, right next to the main avenue of Porto, Avenida dos Aliados, within short walking distance of major attractions. Casa do Mercado is situated in the heart of Aveiro, this typical house is surrounded by many local shops, restaurants, coffee shops and terraces. Around the house, there are many nocturn life until 2 am(weekend) or 10 pm(week).
