La zona e' ben fornita di sumerpercati, ristoranti, rosticcerie, edicola, intrattenimenti per bambini, lidi attrezzati, chioschi ma anche spiaggia libera. Si puo' facilmente raggiunge a piedi sia la parte di scogliera bassa, sia la costa sabbiosa. L'appartmaneto si articola in 2 piani. La parte superiore: cucina-soggiono, 1 camera e 1 bagno. Parte inferiore 2 stanze di cui una con bagno in camera + un altro bagno. Ampia terrazza parcheggio gratuito.

Arredi moderni e di ottima fattura. Appartamento molto silenzioso . Basta scendere pochi scalini per trovarsi in spiaggia libera o attrezzata. The apartment is one of two units in our house in the beach area of Otranto, about 50 meters from the water. Historic center on foot in just 10 minutes. Please note that there is an additional city tax to be payd on arrival, currently 1 euro per person (over 12) per night, in july and august 1,50 euro per person per night.
