Family-friendly vacation rentals in Torre La Mata

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

Great stay, perfect hosts, perfect communication. We highly recommend the house, it is very well-equipped. On the other hand, you need a car.

Amaia left perfect instructions to get from airport to her home. It was between 10-15 mins from Alicante airport. Her pool was stunning, she went above and beyond to assist us prior to and during our stay. We arrived late at night so didn’t get to see how beautiful the villa was until the next morning. The pool was public pool size and the beach a short drive. Recommend one hundred per cent thank you so much

Everything is perfect: very nice apartment with all the amenities, excellent attention from the owner, perfect location in a beautiful development close to the golf course of La Roda and shopping centers, restaurants, leisure areas and beaches. Totally recommended. If you have to put a hit it is that the showerhead in the main bathroom is quite bad. Otherwise, totally recommended.

Fantastic luxurious apartment in a great location. Only a few steps from beach walk and the Cabo Roig strip, yet extremely peaceful. Stunning grounds and pool view. Great communication from the start. Would highly recommend this apartment for couples and family alike!

We had a very good family stay. The view from the place is lovely.

It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment, which has everything you need, from bedding to the necessary little things in the kitchen. Convenient entrance, there is a possibility and places to leave the car near the apartment, but even if you decide to put the car in the parking lot, it is located 15 minutes walk, with a convenient entrance. Using the app will cost you less. The apartment has air conditioning, which is sometimes not unimportant, although at night we did not use it, so the temperature in the apartment was comfortable. I will gladly recommend this place to friends, and will take the opportunity to stay next time. Thank you so much Pepi.

The apartment is well worth the 5 star rating. The view is amazing, great location for everything and Carlos was on hand for anything that come up. G Would definitely recommend and we will be returning.

This is a beautiful apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean & brushes, vaccum, mop etc available if needed. There is a lot of space and storage. Just accross the road from Zenia boulevard. Short 15 min walk to the beach. Lovely, clean and quiet communal pool area - very quiet - never busy. There was great communication from Olga - she is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to stay again

Fantastic location, views of MarMenor were amazing. We did know the area & had visited San Pedro many times so were very happy to while away hours reading & looking at the fabulous views. Apartment had everything that was needed to have a very relaxing holiday with a massive choice of bars& restaurants on the doorstep .

I had a wonderful fortnight in this apartment in Torrevieja Great location handy to shops restaurants and so close to the beach. Moises a great host and available for any queries. Apartment was clean and comfortable would definitely stay again!!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was beautiful, very well kept, super clean and tidy. You can tell they pay attention to all the details. It also had all kinds of equipment and supplies. Everything was great! The location of the house is fantastic, just 2 minutes from the beach on foot. In addition, Natalia is a very good host. He was very kind and flexible, both with the check-in and check-out times. Very grateful, really! As soon as we can, we'll be back for sure!!

Clean cozy apartment with everything needed for a great holiday, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and good WiFi, in fact everything needed for a pleasant stay with nice pool area and only a few minutes away from the best beach ⛱️ and restaurants in the area with clear and concise check-in and checkout instructions from a very helpful owner. We had a great week and can recommend the apartment 100%.

Kim’s place feels homey and cozy, with a personal touch without feeling cluttered. The pool is a gem and great with kids (quite deep though so not suitable for very small kids) The location is great, walking easily to beach restaurants, supermarket and playa los locos. The terrace is lovely and the apartment is a great holiday home, comfy beds, lots of kitchen utensils and also beach equipment and water toys for kids to lend. Kim was very helpful and made the stay easy with clear instructions how everything works. Thank you Kim!

Stayed here from the 3rd to the 10th June 2025. Viviane was a great host, nothing was too much trouble. Replied very quickly to my questions. The villa is absolutely gorgeous, the location is spot on, it’s so quiet and peaceful and only 10 minutes to the local amenities. We spent most of the time outside by the pool or upstairs on the top roof. The views are beautiful and the sunset is lovely. Will definitely book the villa again. Thanks Viviane for being a great host.

was in a very central location which made it great for travel. but that did mean it was very noisy at night and early morning. However that wasn't a big issue for us. place was clean and well stocked, with some amenities. It was clean overall but some beer was left in the fridge so not sure if that was intentional or had been overlooked. if you want to cook need to bring some of the basics as not all are provided. the host was very helpful at all times and even let us check in much earlier as our checkout time was very early morning. response time to messages was great. would definetly stay again if visiting. thank you Celeste and Sarah also!!

We had a wonderful stay at Monica & John’s. The villa was beautiful, clean & private. There was a beautiful private pool which was spotless. The location was great, everywhere we wanted to go was within a short drive. Monica & John were very friendly and they responded straight away if we had a question. Would definitely stay there again.

On arrival, I was a little disappointed to find that there was no parking on the premises, and I had to park approximately 100 metres around the corner. Parking on the street near the property operates on a first-come, first-served basis. That said, this was my only gripe—though I may be a little overprotective of my car. Jose was at the gate when we arrived and kindly assisted with the bags and cases while I parked. He helped my wife carry our belongings up the external stairs to the apartment situated above his home. The apartment was warm and cosy, with good views of the surrounding area from the large balcony that wraps around most of the property. The WiFi was easy to connect to, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Steve

We had such a relaxing week in Margarita's villa. It was hot so we spent a lot of time by the pool which was bliss. We enjoyed visiting Orihuela, Elche and Alicante too and Margarita was helpful at recommending things to do. We enjoyed bbqs most evenings by the pool. Margarita made us feel very welcome and wanted us to enjoy her villa too. We would happily return.
