Die Wohnung ist toll renoviert, sehr schön eingerichtet, funktional und sauber. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Macchia (mit Hirschen) und das Meer. Wir haben hier wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge beobachtet. Da die Wohnung im Keller liegt, ist sie auch an heißen Tagen schön kühl. Cornelia und Giuseppe sind super Gastgeber und wohnen in der drüberliegenden Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt 15-20 Gehminuten vom großen Sandstrand mit Strandbar entfernt. Mit unseren kleinen Kindern sind wir Auto gefahren, da die Wohnung auf einem Hügel liegt. Das Restaurant am Strand ist ca. 15 Gehminuten entfernt. Sant'Antonio di Santandi liegt ca. 10 Autominuten von Pistis entfernt. Dort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und eine Bar mit Kaffee und Gebäck. Das Fischerdorf Marccedi liegt nur ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt und hat ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Giuseppe hilft gerne bei allem weiter und gibt Tipps. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in Pistis und in Giuseppes Wohnung sehr genossen!

Klasse Lage in ruhiger Seitenstraße und dennoch direkt am Strand. Für uns im Oktober auch schön ruhig weil Parkplatz und Strand kaum besucht. Die Wohnung hat fast alles was man braucht. Sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Grill. Tipp: Weingläser und Kochmesser täten der Wohnung noch gut. Wir haben uns auch trotz der kleinen Sprachbarriere von Gianpiero gleich willkommen gefühlt. Er ist ein toller und warmherziger Gastgeber. Die Unterkunft ist für einen Pärchen Urlaub ideal.

Ho passato tutto l'inverno e la primavera da CLAUDIO in due occasioni questa cappa dovrebbe essere chiamata SUPER HÔTES i genitori non solo sono Per mostrarti l'appartamento. Che i quattro fuochi del fornello funzionino Eccetera eccetera eccetera eccetera eccetera eccetera. L'appartamento La sera Puoi sentire il mare. Ottima scelta, altamente raccomandato E con il suo permesso Eseguo lavori di falegnameria. Gratuitamente e volontariamente je recommande absolument, contrairement à la propriétaire de Perugia au même village, qui m'envoya l'artisan pour réparer la pompe à eau et au bout de 16 jours pour le Wi-Fi opérateur toujours coupable, Claudio a certes un travail qui lui prends beaucoup d'attention pour ses patients, mais il a une INTELLIGENCE ÉM et de grandes COMPÉTENCES SOCIALES, HONNÊTE , FRANC MERCI...
