Full basement apartment of a brand new home which was recently featured in Toronto Life Magazine. Fully loaded with brand new appliances, including a dishwasher and laundry. The best sound dampening we could implement - it's very quiet. Incredible home gym and foosball table. Nice outdoor dining and BBQ area. 1 parking space in the driveway included, however, street parking isn't usually an issue, although technically not allowed. This friendly, private open concept loft apartment is located on the top floor of a guest coach house located on a 2 acre waterfront estate. The loft apartment is a separate building from the main house. There is a maximum occupancy for the loft of 2 people, parties, get togethers and events are not permitted. Due to the tall spiral staircase, children are not permitted due to safety. Extra charges will apply if additional guests are present in the loft.

There is no kitchen but the unit comes with a mini refrigerator, microwave and kettle. Includes private bathroom with towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The unit was designed for solo travellers to reduce the noise transfer between units as other people will be staying in similar private suites within the house.
