Really lovely place to stay in totnes, easily walkable to the town (which is a fab place with vintage shopping/restaurants/pubs/market/castle) and easily accessible by car with parking. Small space but tastefully decorated and perfect for 2 of us. Excellent hosts went above and beyond including freshly baked pastries for breakfast and even posting on an item that we left behind! Would recommend to anyone.

We had such a lovely stay. Katka was extremely informative, gave great recommendations of nice beaches and the accommodation was absolutely full of games, toys and books which kept my 4 year old and 5 month old entertained the whole time. There was everything you could possibly need down to a clothes airer for wet swim clothing. Location was also great, we visited so many places in our 4 days there. Easy 5 star!!

Gorgeous place with everything you'd want to have a cute little weekend away!! hot tub was set up so all we had to do was pull back the cover and hop right in. Kitchen had everything needed to cook whatever meals you fancy. Just a 2 minute walk away from the local and less than a 10 minute drive out to the moors.. perfect!!

The annexe was private and contained everything that could be needed - and a bit more. The room is compact but it makes the most of the space. The bed iscomfortable, the shower ispowerful, and the breakfast was delicious. We liked that there was no TV in the room. Despite being a tad tricky manoeuvring into the parking space, being only five mins from the town centre and ten mins from the sea front meant we didn't need to use the car during our stay and having parking was a bonus. A 'loo 'repair' was needed whilst we were there and Ruth responded immediately. All in all, a good place to stay and excellent value.

Theresa and Simon are very friendly, accommodating and make you feel at home. They know the area well and are happy to share their knowledge. Great people. The Garden Studio is neat and comfortable, the garden is peaceful and and there are many places to relax. You will never regret coming here. 😊

We've thorougly enjoyed our stay! Hilary ans Graham are the perfect hosts and know how to make their guests feel Welcome and at home. The flat was spacious and clean, the kitchen exceptionally well equipped (we've stayed at a lot of Airbnbs during the past couple of years and the kitchen at Hilary's really stood out, which made cooking for our family of four easy and fun!). Cereals, fruit,bread, milk,..were there on our arrival and were very much appreciated. The girls loved the little garden and playing outside. Just when we thought it couldn't get any better, Hilary took the girls to the stables to visit the horse- they were absolutely delighted!! Hilary and Graham are very friendly and sociable without being intrusive. We'd love to stay at their place again!

Loved our stay here, it is in such a nice location! Nice quiet area but close enough to the nearby towns. The host was so responsive and left us milk, scones and a mini Prosecco which was lovely, would book again!

Richard and Mo were great hosts and provided us with all the information required to meet our expectations. Richard met us on arrival and it was lovely to have the basics for breakfast provided for each morning, which was an added surprise and very welcomed. This facility was perfect for my wife as she has mobility issues, and the Airbnb is all on one level with walk-in shower, so made moving around was made so much easier. We would highly recommend staying here, and will look to rebook for our next visit to Devon.

I stayed for three nights in this accommodation, it was perfectly located for me because it was near to family. It was also not too far away from town or too far away from the Moor and all of the outdoor activities. The place ticked all the boxes for me, clean, quiet and in great condition. Pip was a great communicator and couldn’t be more helpful. It’s my second time staying and next time I’m in the area I’ll be happy to stay again.

I spent 2 nights in this very comfortable studio apartment with a lovely outlook over the garden, and private parking. Chudleigh is a friendly village and its main street with choice of food outlets and other facilities is a few minutes walk from The Nook. It's also a good base from which to access Matford Park and Ride to Exeter or go into Dartmoor National Park.

A really lovely clean lodge. Stephen was very quick at responding to messages. We had a great time and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again. A bit of info that might be useful to others: we bought a 7 short stay pass from pool reception in order to use the pools and gym (£30 adults and £15 kids). There wasn’t a hair dryer so you might want to pack one!

Had a great couple of days. Nice 10 minute walk down the hill into town so able to leave my car. I liked the flexible check in and the lovely view over the valley. Everything matched the description and it provided a nice place to come back to after a day in Totnes.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seaspot! Julie is a lovely host and provided us with everything we needed. We found the bed to be extremely comfortable, the shower had great water pressure too. The location was beautiful, near a lovely beach. We would be happy to return one day, thank you Julie!

Claudine's home was the perfect cosy location for an Easter weekend walking break, we'll definitely return. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and the coastline is absolutely stunning. Kingsbridge is nearby where we enjoyed a movie at Kings cinema. We passed the Cricket Inn at Beesands on our walk and returned that evening to enjoy a great dinner. Thank you Claudine for a great weekend.

The annex was a great find. I had high hopes for this place, and it did not disappoint. It is located just out from a bustling town and set within beautiful countryside - being on the footsteps of Dartmoor and reasonably close to beaches. The place felt bigger than the photos suggested; the garden area and countryside views were stunning. The inside was tastefully decorated and had a contemporary feel about it. It included all mod cons, a very large bed, large electric shower and even underfloor heating. I stayed for just under a month and would have stayed longer (but someone booked before I did). The hosts (Justin and Zephyr) were both amazing and engaging while also being respectful to one’s privacy [the annex is completely self-contained with its own garden]. They put me at ease to the point I even called them when I found, what I thought, was a stray dog in the lanes. Thank you both, staying here came at a time when a stress-free stay was needed – and you delivered.

Very friendly and helpful host, spotlessly clean, the room had all that we needed and more. A lovely touch to provide croissants, cereals, juice, tea, coffee and milk etc. Lovely outside area with sea views. Great location for exploring Devon. Really hoping to visit again.

Jacqui and Geoff were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment was light and very spacious. A lovely gift of bread, milk, cereal, butter and marmalade was waiting for us. Jacqui even offered to pick up some gluten-free items for me. The location was ideal, with just a 10min walk to the city centre and cathedral one way and about a 10min walk to the quayside the other way. Off street parking was a great addition, but quite steep! Would recommend this accommodation as a great base to walk around the city and has easy access to main roads for exploring further afield.

Quiet well equipped location with easy access to town

Tanya is an amazing host very responsive and it’s an amazing place she has. Very easy to find with detailed check in instructions and also very relaxed on times. The place was so clean and tidy and also a lovely few extra touches put in place. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone looking!

Had a fabulous stay we stayed an extra night so we could have Sunday Roast at local Pub which was the best we had on our 4mth trip around the whole of UK. Lovely friendly hosts and would thoroughly recommend.

Can not recommend this place enough. Barbara sent very clear instructions through prior to check in, knowing that our satnav would only take us so far. Easy to follow and to check in. House is exactly as looks and is described, actually nicer. A very professional and luxury finish. The most generous welcome hamper was waiting for us, which was very much appreciated after a long day travelling. Beds are really comfy (mattresses on the softer side) and a really peaceful location, we all slept amazingly. Bedding and towels smelt incredible. Lots of little extras included e.g. miniature toiletries. Very generous with the amount of towels per guest. Had the pleasure of meeting Barbara as we were checking out, she was very friendly and knowledgeable of the local area, and more than happy to share with us. House was spotless. Had all the amenities you could possibly need, very easy to cook and clean up in the kitchen. Cannot recommend enough. A little piece of secluded heaven.

peter and sue were very friendly .. sue was there for check in and explained how everything worked. lots of leaflets for things to do in the area. The bungalow was pristine. Everything worked. bus stop just outside the property to go to the two in a few minutes. We would absolutely recommend this property and the lovely hosts.

We loved this little room. The bathroom is outside the room but it is private, so we didn't mind. The kitchen is big, beautiful and well-equipped. I wouldn't recommend this place to someone who has trouble climbing steepish stairs, but we didn't have an issue with this. The room is lovely, but the roof is slanted above the bed, so you have to bend over to access it. This was a bit uncomfortable and I can imagine some guests finding it inconvenient, but for us it wasn't a big issue. When inside, we spent our time sitting on the floor playing games and cards, and there were some nice big bean bag chairs to use for this purpose. The location is great, Exeter town centre is about a 15-minute walk away, so we never had to use our car. One really convenient feature for us was the availability of an EV charger in the driveway. Peter charges less than the going rate in town, so we could charge up easily before we had to leave town. Overall, it was a really nice and comfy stay, I'd recommend!
