Amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described, everything we needed was right there. It felt like a home away from home. We unexpectedly had trouble with our truck not starting, and the host went above and beyond by allowing us to leave it there until it could be towed. She was incredibly responsive, kind, and understanding throughout the whole situation. That kind of hospitality made a huge difference in our trip. We felt completely taken care of. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an stress-free, comfortable place to stay!

Beautiful and extremely well appointed home for our family reunion and beach trip. Tia has thought of everything you could possibly want or need for a wonderful beach stay. The kitchen is well stocked - we had 3 wonderful family dinners for 11 plus 2 babies. Loved all the little extra touches everywhere and extra supplies and snacks. So thoughtful! And so close to the beach and public access. I will definitely stay at the Orca again!

The house was beautiful and had everything we needed for comfort. We used every deck! Super close to the beach, beautiful peaceful view of the sound. It had everything we could possibly need. Karen sent recommendations for food and they did not disappoint! Loved our stay!

This was perfect for our mini family getaway! Lot’s of room, clean & just steps away from the beach. We couldn’t have asked for more. Minnie was responsive to everything within minutes which was really nice. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a great stay a Nick’s place! Close walk to both the beach and the bay. A comfortable stay for my family with two young kids and my parents. Would definitely stay again!

The beach house was a wonderful place to stay for my family. It’s in a quiet area and is a quick walk to the beach. The house was clean and the kitchen was great for cooking. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues.

A log cabin on the beach? Yes, please! This place is amazing. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 and 2 dogs. The bench storage at the top of the boardwalk is genius and held all our skim boards and boogie boards. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at The Salty Pineapple! The location was perfect! We enjoyed several meals out on the patio. Everything was exactly as Kim described. We can’t wait to visit again!

In a word, I would describe our stay as WONDERFUL. The easy accessibility to the beach and pool was great! Views were amazing. My wife kept saying she could not believe how clean the entire AirBNB was. Finally, we have a senior dog and the elevator was a game changer for him and for loading and unloading our stuff.

This is our second time staying here. Our host is nothing short of AMAZING. Always responsive and friendly. The place is always clean easy it get to and checking in was simple. We will for sure stay here again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay with family at this beautiful home. We loved spending time at the beach and then coming home relaxing by the pool. Having pool towels provided was a great bonus! Alex and Lexi were very responsive and reassuring when we reached out about a few cleaning issues we noticed. Overall, it was a great experience — highly recommend if you're looking for a relaxing weekend getaway with a pool!

We had a great stay-Jeanine was a helpful and responsive host and her home is absolutely lovely. We were staying in town for UNCW student orientation and this home was a perfect location for our family of 5. It is close to the university, close to the beach, and also close to the downtown river district. The home is absolutely beautiful and very spacious. The pool is stunning and very well maintained. It is such a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The home is very spacious, comfortable, and serene in decor and furnishings. Lovely!

Mallory & John were both very friendly, quick to respond and accommodating to our check in needs and questions throughout the stay. The home was clean and well equipped. Perfect for my family and only 10 mins from the beach! The kids loved the pool and backyard space for fishing, running around and relaxing in the hammocks. My only suggestion would be to pack bug spray for the back yard since you are near the lake (the mosquitoes loved us!) and to be prepared for a bit of a bumpy ride into the neighborhood as there are many potholes in the gravel road leading up to the house. Not a complaint and not the hosts fault of course. Just want to help! We would stay here again :)

it was the perfect setting for our family vacation with our adult children and their significant others. In fact, it was the perfect back drop on the dock for my son to propose to his girlfriend! wonderful memories here! peaceful and beautiful setting and short drive to the beach.

Nice place! The location was by far the best thing about this Airbnb. You’re right across the street from beach access. Otherwise, place was simple and comfy. Fine for a beach area.

Everything was perfect with our stay! We loved that the house was in a quiet area and the beach is just steps away. There was an absolutely beautiful view of the beach from the living room & kitchen and comfy chairs to sit out and watch the waves. We love traveling to topsail and this is by far our favorite place to stay so far! We look forward to coming back in the future!

We had a great time, Under house parking was a bonus and the beach had its own private access. The house was clean and neat, however the linens and towels were delivered and we had to make all the beds. Kitchen was well stocked . The sunrises off the deck were great. We'll definitely be back.

Family vacation, worth every penny!! The view is flawless and beyond beautiful!! The home had everything we needed and more! Beach towels, toys, shade, etc! Krisha is an amazing host and super responsive! I would not hesitate to rebook here and hopefully can be back in the future for more relaxing beach time! We already miss it!

This place is off the beaten path but so easy to get into town or cross over the bridge to the beach! The house was spotless when we arrived and bathrooms were pristine. The top floor with kitchen and living area was so nice and open, and the top deck has such a nice breeze. We sat out often to read and enjoy the views. Even our goldendoodle loved to sit out with us! The house was pleasantly cool, the kitchen had plenty of pots/pans/spices, and the mattress in the primary bedroom was very comfortable. Such a spacious home and perfect for our family of 5 plus our four legged family member ;) Kord also gave great recommendations for local eats- Shaka Taco is a must!
