Matt’s place was a very convenient, cozy, clean and comfortable location. It had everything we needed and everything was very nice which made our stay very enjoyable. Matt was also very communicative and let us know before our stay that work was going to be done on the property in case we wanted to find a different place.

We were blown away by the thoughtful details at Casita Needles and the exceptional commination and hospitality of Abigail! The charming vintage home, nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac, was beautifully appointed and incredibly comfortable. From the well-stocked kitchen to the luxurious bed and the private backyard with the jacuzzi, every aspect of our stay was perfect. The fact that there was even space to park our boat was an added bonus! Abigail has truly created a haven, and we are already planning our next visit! Thank you Abigail!

This place was perfect! We had a large party of adults and we all fit just fine. The bedsheets in the master were ultra soft and cozy, I need some for home. The home was cute and cozy. The pool was perfect with so many seating options and umbrellas for that hot deset sun. So many amenities, they thought of everything! The lake was less than 10 mins away. Jennifer was so accommodating, quick to respond and super friendly. We all enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend!

We had such a great family vacation! The house was super comfortable and kid-friendly — the game room was a huge hit, and the pool kept everyone happy for hours. Everything was exactly as listing stated. The location was peaceful and felt really safe, which we appreciated with the kids. Ting was easy to reach and super helpful. We’d definitely love to come back — perfect spot for a fun and relaxing family trip!

This was the perfect house for our weekend in Lake Havasu. Walking distance to the water and private boat launch. I was able to fit my truck and boat trailer in the driveway. Near town and only a couple minute drive to local restaurants and shopping. House was very clean and comfortable.
