Mr. Necati and his wife were really nice. They helped with everything, no matter the time, thank you so much. The pool is really good in the room we stayed in, and the hot tub was perfect. We are really pleased with the location close to the grocery stores and the gas station. Thanks again.

A wonderful stay in a beautiful house. Tugay was a great host & a very efficient communicator. The house is exactly as described, really nice place with all the amenities you could need & in a lovely area. Quiet, peaceful & a short drive away from everywhere! There were some minor shortcomings, but Mr. Mutlu and Mr. Mahmut take care of everything right away and they are very professional. The pool is large and very nice; we enjoyed it very much as a family. The fact that there is both a dining table and a seating area on the patio made our time outside even more enjoyable. The house is in a location with a very nice breeze between the mountains. There is no air conditioning in the 4th room; if you are interested in that issue, it is useful to keep it according to it (especially on the hot days of the summer). Overall, it was a vacation we really enjoyed. Thank you so much.

We had a wonderful stay. The villa was beautiful and spotlessly clean. Having the pool kept the kids happy all week. We hired a car as it is up a steep hill. It's in a good location, only minutes into Olu Deniz if you drive. Fethiye is about 20 minutes away, we spent some lovely evenings there. We would definitely rebook. it felt like home away from home. Incredibly beautiful villa! Ergun was so kind and attentive and so helpful with local dinner, day trips recommendations or anything else we needed. Great location, easy walk to town. Such a gem! So looking forward to going back! Highly recommend ❤️

Group of 9 all had a great time. Amazing place - amenities were fantastic. The pool, sauna and kids pool were excellent. Recommend heating the pool if travelling out of summer - for €40 a day the pool was very comfortable to swim. Very clean and easy to get around from the villa. Highly recommended!

We loved our stay in this Stone Villa. Communication from the Host was very quick and they were always happy to help. The Villa is surrounded by peaceful and tranquil nature. very relaxing! We loved the cats that visited us everyday of our stay. We had around 7 cats in the garden with us one night! Wish we could have brought one home with us! The photos matched the Villa perfectly, and everything was spotlessly clean. The kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of kitchenware available. All bedrooms had comfy beds. We would definitely recommend a car hire as the Villa is located in a small village about 15 minute drive to the main shops and restaurants. Overall we were extremely happy with our stay and hope to return again 😊

Definitely worthy to come with family or group of friends. Location is ideal for those, likes walking or have a car. Because it’s enough far from city center. But overall, worth of staying for 5-7 days

Mr. Murat is a magnificent host. The house has everything from lemon squeezer to cake mold, umbrella to take to sea, novel. We felt like we were at our friend's vacation home. After Mr. Murat's house, we continue our vacation in another house and are looking for our old house with a candle right now. We eat a trip from the host for tea kettle, shampoo, towels, salt, and it doesn't..:)) The house is 10 minutes walking distance to the sea, the Şok Bim Migros monopoly hospital is close to everything. I don't want to praise it too much, actually, so that no one should always come, but I'm writing to deliver Mr. Murat. Thank you very much. We stayed for a total of 4 people including a baby, and in the meantime, there is a double bed and a single bed, and two people can sleep on the armchairs.

We spent very nice 10 days at the house. Oliver helped us a lot with lots of tips about the surrounding area. Also just staying in the garden was a nice change on some days.

The villa is beautifully designed and elegantly decorated with privacy and comfort. From the moment we arrived we were captivated by the stunning views.. the villa offers panoramic vista of lush greenery and the Mediterranean Sea. Waking up to the sunrise and watching sunset was absolutely magical ! One of the many highlights is the infinity pool .. the temperature perfect and surrounded by blissful nature ! We used the modern. Kitchen . Equipped with all modern appliances. And lovely to cook in. ! The terrace was FABULOUS! We ate outside and played games. .. enjoying the ping pong. Table and other fun games .. the beds. Were DIVINE .. with perfect temperatures in the bedroom. With fresh air Or AC . The bathrooms. ? Indescribable ! Amazing! Huge marble vaulted bathrooms with rain showers equipped. To make you feel like a princess ( or prince. ) We were a family of 9. Traveling together with our 89 year mom. And this villa was truly beyond ALL of our expectations!

Home from home, lots of thoughtful things left for us on arrival in fridge, inflatables at the pool, washing powder etc- Fergal provided everything! This made it so easy for us. Thank you for late check outs too

We had a perfect holiday in addition to Ms. Esra's friendly, kindness and charity, thank you very much for everything. The location, cleanliness of the house, and most importantly having its own pier is an important and valuable feature for the area.

Eren Bey's house is a very ideal and very convenient house for crowded groups. Location is in a very good location. She was also very helpful and we would like to thank you again If a coffee machine is put in the kitchen, the house can reach perfect ☺️

My husband and I stayed at Defne Residence for 3 nights and wished we stayed for longer. Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by Defne . Defne is a charming host and provided recommendations for dinner and beaches in Selimiyede where we could swim . She was an excellent communicator and responded quickly to queries . The apartment is bright and airy and offers a spectacular view of the Aegean water from the balcony. It is located in a quiet complex of 4 appartments which have access to a beautiful infinity pool on the grounds. Parking and manoeuvring can be a bit tight if there are more than 3 cars in the car park area. The town of Selimiyede with its many cafes and restaurants and convenience stores is easily walkable in about 10 minutes. It’s a downhill walk and a walk back up. We loved the small town of Selimiyede and really enjoyed staying at Defne Residences. We would definitely stay again.

We had the most wonderful summer staying in this beautiful villa. Aircon throughout and a bathroom for every bedroom was brilliant. The outside area is such a comfy and inviting space, so much so we spent most nights sitting out there relaxing. The garden area is beautiful and there is lots of space to sunbathe or lots of shade if you want it. The outside area really is a wow factor. It was only a 20 minute walk into town and a taxi from town to the villa didn't cost much at all. Overall, an absolutely brilliant stay and a holiday we wish we could do all over again.

A wonderful house. The garden and poolside are very enjoyable. A perfect choice for a large group of friends in a peaceful environment. The host Nur is very polite and very helpful. We also thank her for the breakfast treats. The architecture of the house is also magnificent.

An amazing house located in an unforgettable place! Sunset is just breathtaking and the view of the Aegean Sea is exceptional! The pool is beautiful and very much appreciated. A little piece of heaven on earth! The fishing village of Sogut is purely authentic and we enjoyed the kindness of the shopkeepers and restaurateurs. The sea trip on Captain Mutlu's boat and swimming in the paradisiacal coves are unmissable! The house offers all the comforts desired! Murat & Elif`s Villa is fantastic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, privacy and a view to die for, this is the place. Everything is top quality. The building, the indoor and outdoor furniture and the design of the outdoor space. You have a beautiful pool and surrounding area plus an upper terrace area with two separate seating areas and a barbeque. On top of that there is another area at the side of the villa that houses a table tennis table, a football game table and a hammock. All this and the fabulous view, what is not to love. At the bottom of the hill by the water edge there is a selection of very good restaurants. The villa`s owners run one of them, the Nautilus, where both the food and service are quite excellent.
