Spacious lake house!

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun! Our house has a huge front porch that you have a water view to. The community park is across the street so you have lots of green space to enjoy your morning coffee over! 4 bedrooms + game room means there’s space for everyone! The community boat launch & fishing pier are about 1/4 mile away from the house. We have a large wagon perfect for bringing your picnic down! This property cannot accommodate more than 3 vehicles.

Gameroom includes ping-pong, air hockey and shuffleboard. Back porch has a dining table for 12, BBQ grill and a seating area. Enjoy the fire pit with comfy Adirondaks. Primary room - king size bed. Bedroom 2 - queen. Bedroom 3 - 2 queens. Bedroom 4 has three bunk beds (six twin beds). Bring your fishing or pontoon boat. Boathouse available.

This newly built home sits on two acres of lakefront property. Only an hour outside of Dallas but feels miles away from everything. Whether it is relaxing in the spa, pool, playing pickleball, having coffee on the back porch, enjoying the firepit or kayaks… This place has it all! It’s truly a secluded, beautiful place to unwind and relax with family and friends. Prior to booking with us, I want to state that the spa is not a hot tub. So if it is below freezing it can’t be run. Thank you!!!

There are 2 jet ski lifts and room for a 20' boat. 2 Kayaks are also provided! At this time, lake levels at the house are full !! (There is a boat ramp in the neighborhood and community pier for fishing and swimming also). Use of Kayaks, boat dock, swimming or other activities is AT YOUR OWN RISK.
