We all had a truly wonderful stay at The Dairy in South Wales. The cottage is charming, beautifully kept, and perfectly nestled among rolling hills and countryside walks — an ideal spot to switch off and unwind from the demands of everyday life. The surroundings are peaceful and scenic, with plenty of walking trails right on the doorstep perfect for our 2 dogs what where with us!Whether you're after a gentle stroll or something more adventurous, the area is a dream for nature lovers. Our hosts were absolutely fantastic — warm, welcoming, and always on hand if needed, without being intrusive. You can tell they really care about making guests feel at home. Even giving us milk that we forgot to bring with us-! Lifesavers! If you're looking for a peaceful escape with stunning views, fresh air, and a real sense of calm, I can't recommend The Dairy enough. I left feeling rested, recharged, and already planning a return visit! Thank you so much guys, see you soon!

If you're considering booking this property, then do it! We have had the best week staying here and I cannot rate it highly enough. The host was great at communicating before the trip and whilst we were there. Whenever we had a question, nothing was too much trouble. She contacted us to let us know we could check in a little bit earlier as the property was ready, and this was much appreciated. One of the biggest things we look for in an airbnb is cleanliness, and I have to say, the property was spotless. The kitchen had all the amenities you could want, and the house had lovely little touches for our toddler; toys, highchair, stair gate and bed guard. Whilst the weather wasn't great, there was a lovely sized garden, and our toddler was able to visit the horses behind the garden and feed them carrots. Everything was a very short drive away, and location was great. We enjoyed a dinner in the pub garden of the Ancient Briton. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

We had a lovely stay at the Laundry Barn, the views were amazing, the place was very cosy and the hot tub was a lovely addition. Would definitely recommend staying here, and we will be back!

The location is beautiful and peaceful. Would recommend for anyone looking for a quiet trip away with a partner or close friend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the house was very clean and tidy and Clare went above and beyond with complimentary cake and fizz on arrival. Clare was very responsive when we had questions about the area. The house felt like a home, and it was great to be able to make the most of the spa pool after a day out. We would definitely book again.

Amazing stay at the Yarlington Dairy. The cottage was stunning and had everything you needed. The views were magnificent and the cider was also lush! Laura was a wonderful host, super friendly and very responsive. Thank you for a great stay celebrating our 1st wedding anniversary! 🤩 x

We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful cottage. Well presented with well thought out amenities left for us. Plenty of space for the three of us and the hot tub was a delightful treat after we had explored for 11k. Dinner at butterflies was stunning, for three people who talk a lot, we were eating in silence because we were so happy 🥰 Will happily recommend to friends and family visiting the area. Peaceful and beautiful rural setting … no out door space to sit. Great to have the use of a hot tub with a lovely view … overall a lovely place to stay

Lois’s Airbnb was a truly wonderful place for my friends and me to reconnect and spend a few relaxing days together. From the moment we arrived, Lois was incredibly helpful, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. She was an absolute pleasure to speak with and made us feel right at home. The cottage itself is beautiful—nestled in serene natural surroundings, with friendly cats and cheerful chickens roaming around, adding a charming and heartwarming touch to the experience. I wholeheartedly recommend staying at Lois’s cottages if you’re visiting Wales. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful countryside!

Beautiful location, lovely spacious cottage and great walking. So nice to see chickens and geese and horses. Very comfortable for our family of six and very well stocked kitchen, complete with fresh eggs. Definitely recommend, I'm sure we'll be back. Thank you!

We had a truly relaxing stay at Ducks Cottage. The accommodation was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a peaceful break. One of the highlights was sitting in the lovely garden by the canal, watching and feeding the ducks— a perfect spot to unwind. Everything about the cottage made us feel right at home. Highly recommended.

Beautifully decorated cottage which was spotlessly clean. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Very spacious cottage with all equipment we needed for cooking. Matthew was very responsive when we wanted to light the fire one evening. We absolutely loved the location, with walking, cycling and activities close by (canyoning and zip wires) The New Inn is metres away and was very welcoming with super tasty food We’ll be back! Fan Cottage ligt op een mooie plek met een geweldig uitzicht op het Crai Reservoir. Een goede vertrekbasis voor mooie wandeling, zowel in de buurt van het huis en het dorp Cray als binnen rijafstand van 20-30 min (ook Pen y Fan en 4 watervallen). Zeer goed ingericht en gezellig huis met ruime kamers en goed ingerichte keuken. Goede bedden! Ook veel parkeerruimte (tot 4 wagens).

Fantastic cottage for a weekend away. Beautiful building and gardens. Great location for walking the 4 Waterfalls Trail. Cottage had everything we needed and was in walking distance to local restaurants and takeaway. Sally was extremely helpful with recommendations for the local area. Highly recommend staying here.

Leah was very responsive showed us around her place which was beautiful. The decor was homely full of wonderful books. Everything was perfect, she went the extra mile to make us feel at home from Welsh cakes to Lavendar bath salts. Thank you so much :)

lovely cottage exactly what we'd hoped for perfect for me and my daughter and it was as we expected immaculately clean and well maintained, small but nice outside area and the added bonus of the lovely shop next door i had a great pasty and bottle of wine from the shop. staff were friendly we would highly recommend Peacock Cottage.

This is an excellent cottage. It has a lovely relaxing ambience inside and out. Facilities and consumables provided in the house were perfect. Location is great. I highly recommend it.

Clare's cottage was perfect for our stay. It was very comfortable, with a well equipped kitchen. The location is just fantastic for exploring the wonderful valley with all it's natural wonder, and coming home to a warm fire was great.

We travelled as a family of three with obligations in Bridgend for a week, and Liz's cottage was the perfect home away from home! It is beautiful and spacious - "cozy" in the description is misleading. It's beside a farm with horses - a real treat for our son! And it's got to be one of the most sparkling clean Airbnbs I've ever stayed in! Liz is an exceptional host and was very kind to let us check in a few hours earlier - thank you! She was highly responsive both before and during our stay and was attentive to anything we needed. Highly recommended cottage and host! Will stay here again!
