Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

All in all a great stay, my only recommendation is if you are someone who likes to have a wash cloth pack some for your trip along with dish towels and extra paper towels. Otherwise a great location and Aron was very responsive and helpful!

This was our second stay here and we had a lovely time. The space is spotless and all the amenities are as described. We love the outdoor space and the proximity to the boardwalk/beach. It's close enough that it's a quick walk but not so close that it's noisy. Island Beach State Park is a quick drive away. We will stay again in the future!

My family and I had an exceptional time. We really appreciated all the extra effort our host made, making the stay absolutely perfect! The place was immaculate and anything we needed was there. We definitely want to book again next summer and already began looking at dates. What an amazing find!

This place is like a piece of heaven on earth! Anything you can think of was included and available for use. The neighbors are great and the owners were a text away if you had any questions. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to the boardwalk, but secluded from the hustle and bustle! Thank you for having us!

The property itself was truly beautiful! We absolutely LOVED the house. It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The space itself was everything we had hope for. However, we found the guest policy to be quite restrictive. Not being able to have any company over, even briefly, during our stay was really disappointing and made our time there feel more restrictive than enjoyable. While we appreciated the quality of the home, the guest policies unfortunately made it difficult for us to feel truly at ease, and that’s something we’d want to consider before booking again.

We will consider Tracy's place again when we come back to Seaside Heights! This charming little home is cozy and well situated. The house was clean. We were on our way back home from a long roadtrip and Tracy was very flexible and checked us in very late. We arrived to a house that was welcoming and ready for us even if we booked last minute. We loved our stay here. Thank you so much! We recommend for sure! 💕

We enjoyed a beautiful weekend at the beach in the off season. Great location to watch sunrise and sunset. Loved the bikes and beach chairs!

Quick great stay. The place was clean. Beach passes provided free of charge which was a great amenity! The location of this place was perfect! It was in walking distance of all the bars, restaurants, boardwalk and beach. The bed was comfy. There was a Roku tv. A few things to note: two of us stayed here and we were only provided 2 bath towels. There wasn’t any hand towels, rags, no towel to put on the floor or a bath mat to step on so we had to step on paper towels so we didn’t soak the floor. There was a few rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels. I read other reviews that basic necessities are lacking and I do feel this is still an issue. Lastly, the first day we booked the airbnb we asked about early check in but the host never responded. We asked again the morning of as I know this depends on cleaning/check outs but the host could not state why they couldn’t accommodate. Overall, we made it work and would stay again, just bring some of our own stuff from home!

Super cute apartment that’s super close to the boardwalk and various restaurants. Carmen was fantastic with communicating and answered any and every question. Check in was super easy and smooth! We were met at the apartment, shown parking spots, and given a code to gain access to the apartment. Check out was just as easy!

Location, location, location! Just steps from the boardwalk, could walk everywhere! The perfect beach stay with immaculate vibes. Comfortable beds, nicely updated bathroom and cute common space outdoors. Will be back for sure!!

We loved our stay at Jeff's place! The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, the place was very clean and only a short walk to the beach. We really appreciated having access to beach badges, chairs and umbrellas! Also really appreciated Jeff accommodating an early check-in and late checkout, and offering some great restaurant recommendations.

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

I can’t rave enough about this place . Super clean ans so conviently located near everything, yet quiet and private at the same time. The parking spot was a great perk too and Dawn couldn’t have been more accomodating and reaponsive. We will definately be back!

Great location next to the Park entrance, exceptionally clean, great interior design, welcome treats, nice balcony to relax, covered safe parking, shed with folding chairs and other stuff for children, great communication, positive and welcoming attitude.

Our stay was fantastic! Megan and Todd’s place had all the amenities we could possibly need, and we also LOVED the patio and close proximity to the beach. Megan and Todd were responsive, friendly, and accommodating. Ty!

We had the best stay at Jennifer’s place for a girls weekend getaway! We didn’t want to leave. You can tell she puts a lot of heart into her place to make it welcoming. It is so well decorated and stocked with all the necessities, plus more than you would typically expect! This is a place where you don’t have to pack a ton for the beach because she has the place stocked with everything you need for a beach trip. We were missing something in the condo and Jennifer was quick to respond and bring it to us, she is super communicative and accommodating. The location was PERFECT as we walked to everything we wanted to within 15 minutes. Having beach badges to both Seaside AND funtown were such a plus. HIGHLY recommend checking out Funtown!! We are already planning a trip back!!
