This place was FANTASTIC!! It had every convenience & perk plus thoughtful items (hair ties for the win!) and you couldn’t miss them as they were neatly labeled. Plenty of seating. The backyard swings face a natural breeze point and were thoroughly enjoyed. Modern and uncluttered was the perfect environment to feel as if we belonged (versus intruding on someone’s home). Highly recommended!!

Rachel’s home was super cozy and exactly as listed. It was very clean and all of the beds were SO comfortable! We especially appreciated the large washer and dryer since we spent a day at the lake. It was only a couple minutes drive to get everywhere we wanted to go. There was more than enough space for our group that fluctuated from 4-7 people. I would definitely stay again!

Our stay in San Angelo was absolutely perfect! The home was incredibly spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials and then some. The host's attention to detail truly stood out, from the cozy furnishings to the extra touches that made us feel right at home. Communication was smooth and prompt, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. We can't wait to return!

Fantastic place to stay! Beds were super comfortable. The kids has a blast playing fooseball and hanging out. The host was super responsive. It was the perfect place for a perfect weekend

The purpose of our visit was to visit our daughter who is training at Goodfeelow AFB. Heather’s place was perfect for our family of 4 and the pool made for a fun day of entertaining some of our new Airman friends. Heather and Rick stayed in their casita during our visit. For those that may be hesitant about the homeowners staying on the property during the visit, I encourage you to ask them to meet you. Nice you get to know them, your worries will be gone. Heather was very proactive during our stay, she even had homemade cookies waiting for us when we arrived. If we eve get back to San Angelo, we will request to stay at Heather and Rick’s.

We always enjoy our time at the Lake House on Sleepy Hallow. We enjoy the peaceful surroundings, fishing off the dock, and relaxing beds and living room. We love San Angelo and were so close to restaurants and attractions. This was a perfect Spring Break spot. So thankful for the host and their hospitality. Can’t wait to stay again.

What an incredible place. This place is brand new in every aspect. Clean beyond clean. So well done with every amenity you could think of. Ivanna has gone above and beyond with this Downtown San Angelo jewel. Centrally located, just 2 minute walk to the Riverwalk on the Concho river and two blocks away from a thriving and fun downtown. We have stayed in so many mediocre places while in San Angelo, and we are always so disappointed, but Ivanna's place is such a a breath of fresh air. We felt safe and the place is so peaceful. We are so excited to have found the "The Concho Condo"

The location: We absolutely lovwd the little cabin we stayed in, (There was two of us and a kiddo). The cabin was a no frills, but cozy, clean, and located right on the water made it a fun and memorable stay. Its so peaceful here, the water cold and clear, and the fishing was plentiful! The hosts: Randy and his wife were absolutely lovely. They were friendly, helpful and very personable. Randy knew all the great fishing spots. Our Son especially fell in love with Shadow, the resident blue heller on site. Overall it was a fun stay. We will definitely be going back!

I really enjoy this location. Since it is upstairs, I feel safe, and the security cameras, and other safety features are great for someone traveling alone. The Grind Coffee Shop is amazing and is half a block away from this AirBnB. It’s easy to run down to the river from this location, and San Angelo traffic is a nice break from DFW traffic. I hope to stay here again one day. It’s eclectic, private, and comfortable.
