Spacious, different, full of natural light, modern decor and an incredible view of the River Clyde. Surroundings so green you will forget you’re in the city. The townhouse is 8 mins walk from the train station and 2 stops from the city (Argyle Street) and 3 stops from Glasgow Central Station which makes it the perfect spot to explore.

Gorgeous flat in a great location

I've made this space into a happy, comfy, friendly flat. Excellent location. Less than 5 minute walk to a train station with trains to the city centre every 10 minutes or so (train takes 6/7 mins). Locally you are within walking distance of shops, restaurants & bars in Strathbungo and Shawlands. Queens park is also within 5 minute walk. O2 Academy nearby as is Hampden. The flat is in a quiet cul de sac. While you are here I will use my en suite so you can have the main bathroom to yourself.

The room includes high speed WIFI and a smart TV, and with floor to ceiling windows in the living room and the roof top terrace there are spectacular southerly views along the river Clyde and over the adjacent woodland park, only two minutes from the house. I share the house with my quiet and friendly cat, Tueta.

Situated close to the city of Glasgow, Peel Lodge is only 20 mins by train from the city centre, 30 miles away is Loch Lomond, The Trossachs and Ayrshire. Edinburgh and Stirling can be reached in an hour. Shop, pub/restaurant 1 mile.
