Highly recommend! A few steps out the back door and you are sitting on the dock, on the river....stargazing....all truly perfect for a relaxing weekend. We enjoyed kayaking down the river, it was my first time! Totally cannot wait to do this again back home in Tennessee. The home is very clean, perfect location, everything you need and more. Ellie and Tower were quick to respond to our messages.

The house felt like coming home. Everything you need was provided. The location is beautiful as is the surrounding area. We needed proximity to family and this was a perfect spot. All the amenities in the home were available and perfect for a weeklong stay. Thank you for a great stay!

We were in the area for our Granddaughter’s graduation. This was a perfect spot! Loved having my coffee on the deck looking out over the River. The decor was very nice. The hosts were wonderful to work with. We also had a special treat of speaking with the housekeeper when we arrived. She was delightful! Definitely recommend!

My husband and I stayed at Peter's lake house from June 9th to the 12th. We found the home to be clean and bright, as well as spacious. The bed we slept in was comfortable with soft linens, and both bathrooms were clean with plenty of towels. It's a quiet neighborhood and although we didn't use the backyard, we found it to be private with a nice patio. The last minute tasks before check out were very basic. Peter was a great host, very welcoming and communicative. We felt right at home staying at his house and we would definitely book it again!

Cheryl’s place is the perfect spot if you are traveling with kids and pets. Our toddler would say the toy selection is excellent and the beds are great! Adults and the dog liked it too. It was a wonderful stop and we will be back!

We had a lovely stay, including walks with the pup, through the surrounding quiet, green areas (including the state parks nearby). Dave was quite responsive & welcoming; he is accurate in his description that the home is beside the freeway (the bedroom with the Queen bed is, as described, the quieter of the 3). The yard is large, with various seating areas to enjoy it & the many birds that flit through including egrets & herons. The home is sweet & has everything you might need, we had the relaxing time we needed.

This was a great place to stay for 3 of us using all 3 bedrooms. We found it convenient to get to an event we were attending and easy to get to other towns in the area and back to the airport. The house was comfortable and had everything we needed for a 2-night stay. There were clear instructions and helpful recommendations.

This first floor apartment is wonderful- homey, well equipped, on a quiet friendly street with lots of greenery, peaceful and easy. Parking was a breeze in a well marked space and the location is convenient to all things in and around Easthampton and Northampton, with good walking destinations, restaurants, and more. Rocky has many thoughtful touches and the kitchen was so well outfitted, I was sorry I didn't stay longer to do some cooking there!

Always a pleasure to stay in this nice spot. Appreciate the fresh coffee and creamer in the fridge!

We had such a fun and memorable stay at this unique home! The layout was so interesting ,with a spiral staircase leading up to the attic, where there were two cozy rooms and a small library that we absolutely loved exploring. It added such a charming touch to the whole experience. The house was incredibly spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The views of the beach were absolutely beautiful …waking up to that was such a treat! The owner was lovely -very pleasant, helpful, and gave us some great recommendations on things to do in the area, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful stay in a one-of-a-kind house, and we’d absolutely love to come back again!

Highly recommend Patrick and Monica’s location. You feel right at home when you walk! The pool and patio views are breathtaking. The beds are very comfortable. Patrick was super responsive to my messages regarding restaurants.

We were i. Town visiting family and Bob’s place checked all the boxes. It was clean, nearby to all the local towns while still being in a private location. Will definitely stay again next time I’m in town!

The place was beautifully decorated and everything from the plants to the antiques was wonderful to see. This is the perfect place for any stay and they only ask that you respect the possessions. John was very responsive in helping us for a late check in.

Lovely town and environment. Very spacious and fully equipped apartment. The two bedrooms are separated from each other by the big kitchen, a little reading room and the living room…so good privacy. Two TVs. Comfy beds! The small town is an easy and pleasant walk. It’s a ground floor apartment under the owners house, so be prepared for the patter of little dog feet above. We did not see the owners but communication was terrific. Great place to stay in the vicinity.

I always enjoy staying here. It is in the perfect location in Simsbury. Courtney, the host, communicates well and is helpful. This is the only place I will stay on my annual sojourn to Simsbury!

This was a beautiful Air bnb. The details in every room made the stay enjoyable and were beyond what I was expecting. The Villa was stocked with supplies which was appreciated for some who forgot last minute items. To go toothbrush/ tooth paste, hair supplies, towels, etc. The kitchen with coffee (huge plus), beautiful decor, great location. Erin was very responsive, was always such a help. I would highly recommend and would be glad to stay again.

Lisa and I enjoyed our stay at Laurens place. Felt right at home. Very clean, open space. We had the best time and did not want to leave. We will be back for sure.

We love staying here. This was our 3rd or 4th year in a row that we stayed here. It is a great location so close to the beach and the inlet. The unit is always neat and clean and Courtney and Chris are great hosts.

me and my partner stayed at kellys airbnb. i would say it looks MORE amazing than the photos. the bed, extremely comfortable! pool was amazing. would come again.
