Der grosse Dachüberstand in Richtung Weiher stellt zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum zum ebenerdigen 34m² Studio zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1.000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht aus dem Atrium mit Granitfelsen super Alpensicht. Wir versorgen dich mit PV-Strom und Batteriespeicher.

Hike on idyllic paths, accompanied by the sound of goat bells, our beautiful "Geißenpfad" and enjoy the romantic waterfall in the rugged Albschlucht. Visit our small but fine Revital-Bad in the heart of Menzenschwand.

A few minutes away are the lakes Titisee and Schluchsee and ski Lifts as well as Badeparadies Titisee. The furnishings are simple so that you can truly enjoy the beauty of the house and garden. We have therefore deliberately chosen not to include a television.

This unique cottage is located in the heart of the Black Forest in the lovely valley called Kleines Wiesental in the village of Bürchau at about 750 metes above sea level.
