The unit has its private garden of 30 m2 adjoining (see map) with its living room and BBQ. !!! bed linen is not included.

The "La Petite Maison" gîte, 3-star furnished tourist accommodation, where it is good to spend time. Located in the heart of nature, in the heart of Périgord Vert, only 3 minutes from Brantôme. You will enjoy staying there for its comfort and tranquility, with its south-east facing terrace, jacuzzi and garden. PLEASE NOTE: Jacuzzi included for all rentals between May 1 and September 30. Outside of this period the jacuzzi is extra, on request.

We are pleased to host you in our recently renovated barn, offering stunning views of the Dronne and the bridge mill, from where you can practice hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, angling, boat rides, swimming... Less than a kilometer away, the village of Tocane offers all amenities. Between Brantôme, Périgueux and Ribérac, you can discover the rich heritage, colorful markets and many summer festivals according to your desires.

A large living room with equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, 4-burner gas hob,kettle , filter coffee maker.) A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Hair dryer available. Upstairs 2 attic rooms, with 1 double bed and a sofa bed. A TV in the living room and one in the bedroom. Bed and bath linen are provided. In the back of the house, terrace overlooking the large garden. Table and chairs to enjoy the outdoors.

Cottage set in idyllic water mill

A pretty cottage set in a water mill, it is ideal for a couple, but can also accommodate a family of up to 4 people. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchenette, and use of the swimming pool during the summer months, and for the winter months we have a pellet stove in the main living area, and a radiator in the bedroom upstairs. The bathroom has a heated towel rail.

Have a great time in our 4* cottage in the countryside, 15 minutes from Périgueux. Chill out on the terrace or put on your sneakers to go for a walk directly from the cottage. Discover Périgueux, its cathedral and market, the Tourtoirac cave, the Hautefort castle, the Brantôme abbey, the Bourdeilles castle and many other Périgord treasures.

Welcome to our wooden cabin with its fireplace and boat. The cabin is located on the edge of a pond and next to a forest. Here you will find peace and the sounds of nature. We live in a cul-de-sac in a small hamlet, 2 km from the center of Ronsenac, 5 km from Villebois-Lavalette and 25 min south of Angoulême.
