It was our first family trip as a family of 4. Very family friendly home. Everything was so beautiful. And lots to do.

What a gem! From the moment you walk in the door, all the stress melts away! Meticulously spotless. Open floor plan. Beautiful view. Quiet and peaceful. Fully stocked kitchen. Every amenity you could possibly think of was provided. I really can't say enough. Mike was super responsive and checked in with us. My husband and I felt right at home. We will be back!

Perfect for a Relaxing weekend with friends and Family

I had a wonderful stay here with my four friends! It's a great community with lots of things to do both inside Arrowhead and hiking trails nearby. We played a good amount of pool at the community lodge, relaxed in the hot tub each night, and hiked nearby trails during the day. Rita was always super responsive and friendly, ensuring we had a great experience. Overall, a very relaxing getaway!!

We loved this house so much!! Very spacious and clean. It was very cozy and we felt right at home. The balcony became our favorite spot in the house, it was peaceful and we enjoyed the beautiful view. Rachel was a great host, she communicated and assisted us with anything we needed. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful and relaxing weekend getaway! The space was exactly what we needed—peaceful, clean, and beautifully kept. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, which made our stay feel extra special. My husband and I truly appreciated the quiet surroundings and cozy atmosphere—it gave us a chance to unwind and reconnect. This home is the perfect getaway. The beds were extremely comfortable, the grill, hot tub, bikes, etc, all were in perfect condition and easy to use. Bobby is an incredible host - always communicative, gave detailed instructions on how to use things and close up the home. We didn't get to use the canoe, but we used just about everything else! One morning it poured and we just sat and read on the porch. The lakes are super convenient - one is about an 8-minute walk away, but you can park at any of them. We met a few neighbors, and everyone was so welcoming/nice. There are a few restaurants within a 10-minute drive (notable was Jubilee), plus grocery stores/Wawa as needed. We will be coming back! I would give this place 10 stars if I could.

We drove in from 3 different states for graduation weekend & stayed at this amazing apartment. Extremely spacious, but also many quaint gathering areas. Very clean, private, quiet & so much character. The kitchen was well stocked although we did not prepare meals there. We ate out one evening & hosted a catered graduation dinner the next.A perfect place for us to gather & celebrate our daughter’s graduation. We did hit the first 80° weekend of the year so window AC units weren’t in yet. A very quick message to Esther & her husband was there within 15 minutes installing them. Their response to messages & questions were amazing! Outstanding hosts! When booking I was unsure about the street parking, but there were always spots in front of & on the side of the house. This was excellent considering both University of Scranton & Marywood graduated the same weekend. We loved our stay & wouldn’t hesitate to book this again. Esther was a delight to rent from! I’d give it 10 stars if I could!

I STAY IN TOWN FREQUENTLY FOR WORK AND MY SISTER AND HER HUSBAND WANTED TO MEET UP SINCE THEY TOO WERE IN TOWN. THEY NEEDED A DOG FRIENDLY PLACE AND I GOT THEM A NIGHT AT PATRICIAS FOR AN ANNIVERSARY PRESENT. ALTHOUGH I DID NOT SEE THE PROPERTY THEY WERE VERY HAPPY AND MENTIONED HOW GREAT THE PLACE WAS. CLEAN COMFORTABLE AND PERFECT FOR THEIR NEEDS. I WILL PROBABLY TRY TO STAY HERE IN THE NEAR FUTURE.

This is a great place to relax, both indoors and outside. Very roomy with comfortable beds and furniture. Great outdoor sitting area. Cats that greet you as you arrive. And an incredibly friendly deer who is so cute stays near the property. Good restaurants are a short drive away.

Nina was kind and responsive as a host, but is sensitive so this place wouldn't be for everyone as she lives downstairs, especially if you like noise, but fine for many. It isn't updated or modern, but that was okay for me. You can open the window and hear the stream which was peaceful. The bed isn't exactly comfortable, but the shower pressure was amazing. The hardest part was not having a functional kitchen with refrigerator or stove. There was a pitcher with filtered water, and a silicone electric kettle for tea, but to access a small fridge you have to go downstairs. Nina did leave me some delicious watermelon to eat upon arrival which was so thoughtful.

Host was so nice and responsive! Place was great and right near a lake. They had board games set out for us and the house was very welcoming. Had a slight problem with the heat, but the host was helpful. We had a lovely stay and would gladly return

What a beautiful house AND location. We didn't see another person the whole time we were there. the house and grounds were immaculate and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. the hot tub looked inviting but the weather prevented us from using it and unfortunately they had no control over the rain. The local area has so many things to do it was tough deciding but we managed. great antiqueing, if you're into that. I would highly recommend a stay at Cozy Creek Cabin. It's exactly the kind of place I'm looking for in the Poconos. Thanks Jen and Rob

Beautiful place !! My family and I had a great time in the area.. lots of restaurants and things to do. Perfect getaway not far from home. Definitely will visit again

We took the pup and spent a long weekend at the Little Black Cabin and had such an amazing time! Loved the amenities, especially the Finnish sauna! I also really liked that the AC and heated floors in the bathroom were set prior to our arrival. Vera was super communicative and a great host. Would definitely stay here again!

This AirBnb was so awesome! Both my boyfriend and I felt so comfortable in this home and would definitely come back in the future!

This cabin provides a peaceful break from day to day busy life. Upon arrival we were greeted by 3 dee in the front yard. They visited frequently throughout our stay. The home was clean and well stocked. There were items thag most of us use day to day but wouldn't typically pack (spices, oils, etc). The fenced in yard was beautiful and allowed our dogs are safe space to explore. The cabin is a quiet neighborhood.

This house was just what we needed for a quiet weekend! It’s a perfect place to go to if you’re looking to escape, and surround yourself in nature.

We had a wonderful stay! It was the perfect place to do our 'digital detox' in a lovely cabin with plenty to do (ping pong, fire pit, hot tub and canoeing), and it was well situated to do short drives to hikes, the organic market, horseback riding and more. The house had everything we needed and we were very comfortable reading, playing board games, cooking and relaxing there. (The bedding was comfortable, too!) The hosts were friendly and gave great recommendations. We would definitely stay there again.
