It is an inn that DIY an old house with a family.Renting one building is 30-40% off for stays longer than 7 nights. A house is a 3-minute walk from the north exit of JR Tsubetsu Station.Please stay with family or group (within 5 people). There is a reputable izakaya across the street, where you can get a welcome drink and Zangi for free. Welcome drinks are also free in the shopping street "Ginhei".You can use both once. Around the station, there are convenience stores, supermarkets, and you can also source ingredients. There is also a free laundry machine which we can recommend for longer business trips or trips. From April to October (Friday) from 7 to 14 o'clock, a delicious coffee kitchen car comes to the parking lot. In winter, it is a 2 minute walk to the free shuttle bus stop to the Ishikari Plains ski resort.(Runs until mid January) In about 20 minutes.It takes about 10 minutes by car.Please use it for skiing camps. We accept large families displaced by fires, earthquake disasters, etc.You can live immediately for 8 people. There is also food assistance such as rice.Please contact us.

A small town located between Sapporo and Otaru, enclosed by mountains and the sea HZ HOUSE is located 20 minutes on foot from JR Zenibako station, along the scenic coast. It's not a densely populated area, so I think you'll spot it easily. You will have the entire house to yourselves. There are two private rooms on the ground floor (ROOM 1 semi-double bed and ROOM 2 double bed) and a Japanese-style room on the second floor (futon mattress). The bedroom on the ground floor has a lock, so privacy is guaranteed There are bathrooms on the first and second floor. This room features a stylish large living room. * HZHOUSE is priced per person. 　Please book according to the number of guests. (Please note that if you have 6 or more people, you will need to put a futon in the living room.) Fast Free WiFi There is also free parking, so visiting by car or motorcycle is possible. Recommended for those who enjoy driving Next to HZHOUSE is MUSIC & BAR Zenraku, run by the host. (Open Friday and Saturday from 7 pm to midnight)

Completely self-contained in a 2-family home. The entire self-contained 2LDK on the ground floor is an entire home. In the private garden, guests can relax with trees and flowers in the summer. You can also enjoy BBQs (around May - September) * You can go out of the living room to the garden. * At night, it is illuminated. * In winter, it is a space where small children can play with peace of mind.You can enjoy playing in the snow, such as sledding, igloos, and making snowballs (mid-December to mid-March) * There are 2 bedrooms. We have a bedroom and a Japanese futon room. Accommodates up to 4 people * Two single beds can be used together. Japanese-style futons are also available. [Facilities] All rooms are air conditioned. All floors are equipped with 24-hour floor heating. WiFi is available for free. Complimentary Netflix - Washing machine/Clothes dryer - Closet Sterilized and cleaned bath towels and face towels are prepared according to the number of days and the number of people.
