Step through the private entrance and into an interior filled with bright pictures, classic photos, and typical Scandinavian decor. The apartment is the lower floor of our architect designed villa, and we live upstairs. A small shady terrace complements the 100-square-meter apartment, which also has a wood-burning stove and huge soaking tub. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a bathroom with a huge tub, a spacious dining room, a large living room with fireplace and a ¾ bed, and a bedroom with a ¾ bed. An extra bed or baby bed can be arranged. Access to washing machine. You will have access to your own private terrace, and free parking. You will have your own separate apartment with your own entrance and small terrace. You will have access to laundry room. The apartment is the lower floor in our big villa. We have lived in Aarhus for many years, love the city and will be happy to give you advice about the neighbourhood and the city. This apartment is in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Hike and bike in the forest only steps away and stroll to the beach in minutes. A short walk will reach Tivoli Friheden amusement park and Marselisborg Castle City busses is just around the corner, the light rail and train station is 3 km away. There is free parking just outside our door. But please be carefull not to park in front of an entrance) This apartment is a part of our villa in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood only 2 kilometers from the city. Hike and bike in the forest only steps away and stroll to the beach in minutes. A short walk will reach Tivoli Friheden amusement park and Marselisborg Castle

Visit Aarhus and sea base in a cozy classic apartment in the city center. The apartment consists of living room and bedroom where there is a king size bed. The living room is with large sofa, TV with streaming services, wifi and dining table. Kitchen and bathroom are both renovated this year. The kitchen is with full service and kitchen utensils, including hot plate, oven, coffee maker and exit to the balcony, where there is a dining area and barbecue. The apartment is a 10-12 minute walk to the water and train station. The bus 5A goes 50m from the door.

I køkkenet er der fx airfryer, mikro og kølfrys. Kaffe, te mv. er til fri brug. Godt og rummeligt bad med brus. Skabe til dit tøj. Sengen er 140 x 200 cm, og der er sovesofa: Træk sofaen ud til seng. Stedet er dog stadig kun beregnet til én eller max to personer. Der er wifi - der er ikke tv. Der er ladere til el-bil.
