Nice place in a great location. The water heater didn’t work, but overall it was comfortable and good for 2–3 people.

Super endroit pour se poser à Tirana! Dans Blokku et à côté du lac… pleins de restos et cafés top juste à côté et franchement à max 20 minutes de la place Skanderbey ! Logement super confortable à tout point de vue… airco partout qui se réglé au 1/2 degré près! Les lits sont parfait et enfin des draps en coton! (Pas si fréquent en Albanie) Quel bonheur!

This is a nice place to stay though not close to the Qender. It was perfect for what we needed and comfortable.

One of the best appartment I have ever stayed in Tirana! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was excellent, close walkable to everything, lake, blloku and the check-in process was smooth. Jorida was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tirana :)

We were so satisfied with the appartement, that we decided to extend our stay there. Beautiful, clean and spacious. Check-in went smoothly. Communication with Jorgo was very pleasant. Got Answers within minutes and helped us with any issues we had. Can honestly fully recommend the Place.

Great appartment on the 7th floor. Everything was clean and beds were comfortable. Host was very kind and checkin was easy. The bistro on the ground floor was perfect for getting food and drinks. And we could also watch Bundesliga. Definitely recommend

Mariola's apartment is perfectly located to explore Blloku and very walkable to any other attractions and sights in the area. Follow her check in instructions to get to the apartment itself (takes a few steps but her photo guidance is spot on!). The apartment was clean and well equipped, there isn't a dryer machine however there is a covered balcony and she provides ample drying racks. Above all, Mariola was easy to communicate with and very accommodating with our travel plans - would be happy to stay here again!

Herşeyden önce ev çok temizdi. Balkonun manzarası mükemmel. Evin olduğu sokak Fast & Fourious filmi gibi heryerde lüks arabalar mevcut sokak çok canlı gece hiç bitmiyor . Havalimanından eve ulaşım kolay. Evin konumu mükemmel heryere yakın cafelere, barlara, gece kulüplerine, müzelere,kiliselere, restorantlara heryere 5 dakika yürüme mesafesinde. Ve alexandranın tavsiye ettiği mekanlar fevkaladeydi. Alexandra mükemmel bir ev sahibi . İhtiyacım olan tüm bilgileri eksiksiz bir şekilde verdi. Çok ilgili nazik bir insan. Ayrıca evin konforuna göre fiyatları gayet makul. Sana tekrar teşekkür ederim alexandra 🙏🏻

Wir sind etwas zu spät angekommen, haben aber mithilfe der Nachbarn die richtige Wohnung gefunden. Alle waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Eltern wohnen unten im Haus und machen auch das Frühstück, was grandios ,üppig und teilweise selbst gebacken war. Die Mama war sehr hilfsbereit, hat uns trotz Sprachnarriere sogar Aloe Vera abgeschnitten gegen Sonnenbrand und uns zum Frühstück frische Feigen aus dem Garten hingestellt. Die Wohnung war sauber, groß und wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Weg zum Strand ist auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Man kommt über die große Straße an der Ampel, was Google Maps irgendwie nicht versteht aber ist machbar und somit Daumen hoch für die Unterkunft. Vielen Dank

Es ist eine sehr schöne Gegend mit tollen Lokalen, einzig zu bemängeln wäre der fehlende Strand, der Strand 7 Minuten entfernt, war nicht nach unserem Geschmack. Im Zimmer war ein Nachtkästchen defekt, war für uns aber nicht störend. Was noch fehlen würde, es gibt keine WC-Bürste im Bad und die Duschwand ist zum WC hin nicht dicht, somit läuft das Wasser ins halbe Bad. Der Aufenthalt ist trotzdem zu empfehlen, da der Rest einfach top ist und uns immer geholfen wurde und uns Tipps gegeben wurden.

O apartamento é impecavel e muito funcional. A localização é boa, perto do comércio e com acesso razoável a praia. Recomendo e ficaria hospedado novamente por lá.

Can't express the level of service provided by Aurel during my 3 month stay in Albania. He was always responsive, willing to help and there for anything I needed. His properties are well maintained, clean and in great locations. Be sure to lean on him for local recommendations! I won't even look for another apartment when i return to Albania, I will be contacting Aurel directly.

Excellent place, centrally located with great accessibility to all the famous spots. There is a nearby 24x7 mart as well. The host was very responsive and any additional requests that I had she complied. If I am ever coming to Albania definitely booking through these guys. The place was as exactly as shown in the pictures,also the lightening was really nice. Overall great comfortable experience!

Vielen Dank, Besmir! Die Lage ist hervorragend, lebendige Umgebung. Ich war positiv sehr überrascht wie makellos sauber die Unterkunft und habe mich direkt wohl gefühlt.

We stayed here for about a month. We were quite satisfied, our host and her manager were very responsive, and the apartment manager always came to help with anything we needed. The room was clean and spacious, and with a good price. The only negative is that we frequently experienced water cutoffs during the evenings (starting around 10 pm), and a few times also during daytime. All in all, we recommend this place - but be aware that you might encounter problems with the water supply in parts of Durrës.

Ich war von 13.05 bis zum 15.06 in der Wohnung und ich kann wirklich empfehlen das es für einen Urlaub oder auch für geschäftlich Zwecke absolut empfehlenswert ist. Die Lage sowie auch das Leben war äußerst positiv selbst wenn die Musik von dem nebenstehen Hotel für gute Stimmungen gesorgt hat. Nachtruhe grab es trotzdem und die Leute in der Umgebung wie die Bars und der Einkaufsladen, Preisleistung ✅. Eines Abend hatten ich wir uns ausgesperrt und den Schlüssel im Apartment vergessen und die Kommunikation verlief schnell und hilfreich, auch wenn es Mitte in der Nacht war. Danke nochmal an der Stelle 🤝 Empfehlung eine 11/10 und von meiner Seite aus gerne wieder LG Damiano

We had a fantastic time in this cosy and very clean apartment. A cup of coffee every morning on a large terrace with fabulous sea and coast views were unforgettable. The apartment was very quiet though countless restaurants, cafes, shops and market stalls were right outside the apartment block. A beautiful promenade was just 1-2 minutes walk. And a few words about Mari: a great host, caring, kind, always ready to help and give advice! Great time in a great apartment in beautiful Albania with a great host!
