The apartment is 10 minutes from Tirana, the owner is very kind also speaks the Italian language well and the thing that impressed me the most and the welcome, I felt at home and found an apartment very clean and stocked with all the comforts, even we had a barbecue. Nearby there are many shops and restaurants, it is convenient for walking to the center of Tirana and surroundings. I highly recommend it, I had a really great time I'll be back!

We spent two nights at Olti's, the accommodation matched the photos. Comfortable beds, a cozy space, beautifully decorated and above all very clean. The host was very responsive and made recommendations. (We couldn't access the apartment from the basement parking lot but we can go up the other elevator that is on the ground floor). The balcony has mountain and city views. The kitchen has everything you need, dishes, cutlery, oven... Bathroom with shower gel and shampoo... Fresh towels available... Cleaning products are also available for maintenance during the stay. The city center was close, and a lot of small shops nearby, bakery, pizzeria... Everything was really perfect, I recommend this accommodation and a big thank you to Olti for his attention to detail which allowed us to have a pleasant stay. Thanks!

Fantastic accommodation in the city centre. Difficult parking, but easy access to the center. Beautiful interior, everything clean. Definitely TOP accommodation.

It is a large house close to everything A lot of towels and sheets to use . The owner lived in the same yard Easy to communicate with them or anything you need .Don’t need any car to go around in the city. It’s everything a walking distance.

Alex’s place was perfect. The spacious house easily accommodated our two 2+3 families and its garden let our kids play for hours. Please note the following, which has not been covered by the property’s description. ⁃ The path connecting the main road and the house is in a very poor condition. The tarmac is almost nonexistent, so it should be considered a dirt road and in the end you will be surprised by a short, but extremely steep hill. It may be a problem if you have a rental car with no dirt policy. ⁃ The house itself has two separate flats on a ground and first floors. There is also a third flat on the top floor, a holiday retreat for the owner, who lives abroad. He came for a few days during our stay, but was more like a ghost, we hardly ever noticed his presence. ⁃ The nearest beach is only a few kilometres away. It’s close, but you need a car. ⁃ The nearest shop is 650m away. You can reach it on foot and you can pay by card.

So flexible. And the room are very comfortable to stay... Highly recommend

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home! The apartment is perfectly located right by the sea, with a stunning view and direct access to the corniche. It was a real pleasure to walk, jog, or exercise along the corniche, which is lined with hotels, restaurants, and a lovely beach. The area felt very safe and peaceful, and I truly enjoyed the atmosphere. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive throughout my stay. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area – I would definitely stay here again!

Staying in this apartment was an incredibly positive and heartwarming experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this place — and especially this landlord — to everyone. The apartment is beautifully designed, with an unreal sea view, very peaceful, cozy, and comfortable. The bathroom is spacious and ideal whether you’re staying alone or with your family. Second time in a row here. Coffee shop and bars just outside if you dont want to walk far, but just a few minutes from the bllok area
