Firewood, potable water, coffee, tea, and hot cereal mix provided. There is also an outdoor picnic area with a fire pit. You can walk, hike, or run trails on our 118 acres of farmland, meadows, and woodland, or just relax, read, meditate, and/or listen to the animals.

Short 20 min drive to Ithaca, 30/40 min to Elmira, Corning, Watkins Glen, & Owego.
