Amazing house with great hiking possibilities in the area. We were lucky enough to see the northern lights one night as well. We had a very pleasant stay, thanks Maria!

We had the most pleasant days in the cottage! Beautiful cottage, really nice view and area. We took advantage of both the outdoor pool and the rowboat, which was completely idyllic. John was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Can only be recommended, and we will be happy to return.

Everything was great, and we'd definitely stay there again. We stayed there for three nights. It's pretty spacious, with three separate bedrooms, and the host was always on hand and responsive. The cabin was clean, close to the road, had a charging station for the car, and a really nice jacuzzi with an awesome view—don't miss this one. You can also enjoy fishing and hiking at nearby spots.

We loved our stay at Gudlaug's cottage on the fjord. The house is cozily decorated and all the necessary is present, beautiful garden with comfortable garden chairs. Because the weather was quite cool, we enjoyed the beautiful wood stove.

The cabin is beautiful, lovely and functionally decorated. The view is better than the pictures and captures the fjord landscape well! Jacuzzi, ice bath and sauna in a place like this is the perfect combination with a well equipped kitchen and a lovely fireplace, just what you were looking for! At least we'll be here again!

We had an amazing stay at the cabin great location for cross country, downhill or torturing. it's a really nice cabin with everything you need a really nice kitchen plenty of space in general just a really nice cabin in a mind blowing location. And wonderful host nice and quick to communicate. Would definitely recommend.

This place is located in a beautiful spot on a fjord, not very far from ancient burial cairns and just down the road from a great hike up a pathway of stones currently being put in place by a group of sherpas from Nepal. Peggy doesn't put that in the description, but it's part of what makes the place really special. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and Peggy was very helpful with our questions.

We absolutely loved this cabin! It is perfectly located in a beautiful region. The house is very well equipped and has a stunning view. The communication with the owners was perfect. A big recommandation!

Steinar's house is absolutely perfect. Beuatiful big house full of light, amazing location, perfect view. it has quiet peaceful location with view in all directions, that you could just sit and enjoy all the day. 🙂 Great for families too. With two bathrooms and bath. Kids really like two couches in living room,so they could play at their table and couch. Two bedrooms without bunkbeds are great also for smaller kids. I didn't have to be worried. There is also nice beach with beautiful waterfall five minutes to the North of the peninsula Steinar is also great host. Fast and helpful responses. Very friendly Totally recommend. 🙂♥️ We loved this place.

We had a wonderful week in Michael's cabin. The cottage was perfect, full of comforts and a beautiful view of the fjord from the living room. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and the beautiful surroundings

We had a great week in Norway. We were: me and my roommate my parents and my two siblings.(15 and 23) The host has been easy to reach and responded quickly. The house was nicer than the description and clean and fresh with very good equipment in the kitchen and amenities. Bonus for us who had our own boat with us was the really nice little harbor in the area where we could get the boat down. Some in the gang were out on hikes both nearby but it was also not far away with a great range of scenic experiences. Others were on the fjords fishing. Very nice house with a view. It was very clean and Aslak was always available. We really enjoyed the location away from it all and can only recommend the house. We felt very comfortable over the holidays thanks to the hyggelig furnishings :) Takk!

Johnny's place had a beautiful view and it was nice to observe birds living near the beach! Winter garden was nice place to spend time. Cabin was fully equipped. Boat rental was nice addition. Thank you!

We loved Kari's home. We only stayed a couple of nights but wish we could have stayed longer. It was lovely to sit and watch the view changing with the weather. We saw the eagle and a dolphins fins breaking the water of the fjord. Outside we loved the front deck as even though it was a cool 16 degrees it was a real sheltered sun trap. My husband fished from the waters edge and we enjoyed the picnic spot near the private beach. The cabin was well equipped and comfortable. It's on a quiet road that hardly ever had a vehicle pass so felt very private. Kari gave us some good advice for day trips and we enjoyed our visit to the waterfalls.

We were very satisfied with our stay. It’s a very cozy and beautiful cabin, perfectly located with an amazing view. Would definitely love to stay here again!

You could relax very well. Shopping and gas station were minutes away. The cabin is top equipped. The surroundings are wonderfully quiet with views of the fjord. We had 3 different boats to choose from and could decide which one to take on a daily basis. If there was a problem, we were helped on site. Tips for fishing spots were also described and shown to us exactly. All in all, a very successful vacation. We'll be back.

We spent an amazing long weekend at Ida's and Svein's Hytte. The location is beautiful and peaceful. The equipment was perfect for 2 families with children from 3 - 11 years old. We loved the big dining table, the well equipped kitchen, outdoor space and fishing pier. Also, Tingvoll is a lovely place to visit with incredible views. Some nice hikes in the area. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. We would come back. Thank you!
