Cabin on Sawyer creek rd is located 2 miles from Shell Lake wisconsin and 4 from Spooner. We are located on the snowmobile trail you can take North to spooner area trails or South to Shell Lake area trails. The roads are also designated atv routes so you can travel to atv trails as well. You can bring your boat and fish one or several lakes in the area. In winter there are trails on the 40 acres around the cabin that are accessible to snowshoeing, cross country skiing, and in summer a quiet walk

The cabin sits at the end of the road on a private lot with a perfect view of sunsets over the nature side of the lake. Drive past farm fields, into the woods, and onto our private gravel road, arriving at the driveway. Watch loons, tundra swans, eagles, beavers and deer while you relax by the lake. Our cozy cabin is located under tall pine trees on a beautiful, northern lake where loons and eagles frequent. Wood Lake is easily commutable - 80 miles from the Twin Cities. Swim and fish off the dock or pontoon during the day, and sit in front of the stone fireplace at night. The Cabin has been completely remodeled, with a modern kitchen and new furnishings.
