Condo vacation rentals in Tillamook County

We had a great time at Brian's place in Rockaway Beach. He contacted us a few days before check-in with the instructions. It didn't take us as long to get there as we expected, so we reached out to him and were able to check-in early, which was greatly appreciated. We place was spotless and well stocked. Had everything we needed for a fantastic beach get-a-way. Including being just steps from the beach. We had a great time and would come back again, and again.

This location was perfect for our needs. It was a stones throw away from the beach and if you sit in the chair in the corner of the living room, you can see the ocean/waves through the window. Better yet, crack the window a little and you can hear the waves. Brian was incredibly responsive to every question I had. My flight came in late on the day we were to check in and Brian made it a point to be available to guide my needs. The condo was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. On the date of departure, I found that my flight(s) home were questionable due to winter weather. Brian was quick to accommodate my needs while I explored all my options to safely arrive home. The added compassion that I received based on my unique experience spoke volumes. I look forward to visiting Rockaway Beach again in the future and I will most definitely stay at one of Brian's locations.

Great location, quiet place. Kitchen with perfectly adequate dishes/pots/pans: full spice rack. Good location to head to points of interest north or south.

Beautiful view, beautiful home. The community is so cute as well as a couple delicious, local restaurants just down the street. They even spoiled my pup. We had a fantastic time!

Million dollar view of the beach and ocean!!! Loved that both bedrooms had their own private bathroom and a half bath in the hall.

This is a great little place to stay! We loved the easy beach view and access and electric car charging. The walls and ceilings/floors are pretty thin, so we did hear our neighbors, but that wasn't a bad trade-off for the things we did like. The place was spotless and comfy and had everything we needed for a great little getaway!

The condo is amazing, views couldn’t be better. Views are exactly as pictured and breathtaking. We will for sure be back to stay next time we are in Oregon and suggest this condo to friends who come to the area! Thanks again!

Already looking forward to our next stay here! We traveled with our 2 toddlers and this place was perfect! Close to the beach so easy to go home for snacks, lots of toys, games, and tvs. They've thought of everything too, stuff for dogs (toys, treats, beds) beach chairs, water filters - every day we kept saying that they've thought of everything - highly recommend!

We've stayed at this building so many times over the years but this was the first time in this unit and it was the best one ever. Clean, uncarpeted floors which meant we weren't aware of years of accumulated sandy footsteps, like in the carpeted units. This unit has the most gorgeous view and enough amenities to feel at home. It was super clean and the host was very kind and responsive! The wifi is spotty, so just don't plan on needing it! It's truly a wonderful stay and we can't wait to be back.

I loved the decor, cleanliness, bedding, bathroom, proximity to the beach, and the outside area. I wish people didn't use the ashtrays as dog poop trash as it makes it look dirty although it isn't.

Clean, tidy, nice, jetted tub. Easy walk to the beach. Overall, great experience from start to finish. She even accommodated our two indoor cats, which seldom do, even though they are indoor only and very well mannered. We will stay again if we get back to Rockaway Beach. We had amazing weather each day which was also a plus.

It’s a small beach condo right near the water, so it’s to be expected that there are the typical problems associated with a place that’s always damp. But overall, it was a really great stay. It has everything one would need plus a hose outside to wash off your feet. Extra bedding. Directions everywhere. Comfy beds.

A great place to stay in a sleepy little coastal town! The bedroom was quite roomy. For our needs quite well.

Beautiful views and amazing accommodations! It would have been nice to have been able to use the elevator, but that’s only because carrying my 20lb infant was a little sketchy going up the 3 flights of stairs that were a little slippery. It was clearly stated that we wouldn’t be able to use the elevator, so it was a surprise. Everything else about our stay was amazing and would stay again the next time we’re in Rockaway Beach.

The home was very clean and furniture was comfortable, especially the recliners. The kitchen had everything we needed for a meal or two. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. It was very convenient to have beach chairs and towels. Having covered parking in a garage was ideal. But the best part was the top floor view of the ocean. Very nice.

It was such a beautiful, warm place. The staff was friendly and gave us clear and easy instructions with activities to do. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Gorgeous apartment right on the beach! Clean & perfect for a couple. Loved our 3 night stay. Great location for a home base while exploring the Northern Oregon coast.

This place was great for our stay. Had all the listed amenities and looked just like the pictures. There is a notice on the listing that says it may be noisy but we didn’t have that problem at all. Loved that it was right by the beach. Very private & calm.

If you love the beach, a few steps away, and wonderful hiking trails in the forest a short distance north and south as well as friendly local people; you'll love it here.

Clear and easy communication, accurate listing, and a warm & inviting space made our stay perfect. The well-stocked kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep. Comfortable & cozy, we felt right at home. Highly recommend! We'd stay again and look forward to our next visit to hear the ocean and walk in the sand.

This was the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! I really appreciate the thought and care that went into the amenities, like heating in the bathroom, top-down bottom-up window blinds in the living room that give you privacy without blocking your view of the ocean, and comfy furniture and bed. This was a great stay and I would definitely rent it again if I’m ever in Rockaway.

It was my first trip with both of my kids (6 and 3) so I settled on Oregon coast. The location was divine! We were able to walk on the beach every morning and even found some treasures during low tide. The unit was very cozy and budget friendly! Salome is a wonderful host-very kind and responsive. We look forward to staying here again!
