Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Tikitere

This was our favorite place we stayed at in NZ. Kerry and David’s place is in a great location albeit off a busy street. The beds were very confortable and the kitchen was well stocked. All the extra touches made us feel welcome as soon as we stepped in theough the door. We had an issue with the keys and they came right away to help resolve it in person. Super nice and responsive hosts. Highly recommend!

We loved Mark’s house! Mark was the best Air BNB host we have ever had. His daily fresh bread was amazing and much appreciated. Mark really cares about the people staying in his house. Thank you for a great trip!

Danny's place is extremely high quality. It was warm and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The views are beautiful. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Lots of space, great location and the kids loved looking at the toys on the shelf! We arrived later than we planned but John still came down and showed us around. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a fantastic weekend stay at this lovely 2-bedroom unit in Rotorua. The place was spotless, beautifully presented, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private outdoor spa was an absolute highlight—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s conveniently located close to the city but still peaceful and quiet. The host was amazing—communication was clear, friendly, and timely, which made everything super easy. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again

Garry and Gays place was exactly as described. Neatly presented private and peaceful. We had a really nice day. . Thank you also for being such a kind and sociable host but also giving us our space. And the electric blanket was a blessing.” - says mum If you’re looking for a comfortable resting place with tasteful decor, luxurious & unique additions like a towel warmer rack, homemade jams, Netflix on tv, extra pillows & cushions, actually nice smelling bathroom products, a cookie jar & coffee machine, fruit from the garden if you’re lucky, filtered spring water every day, and a little lovely breakfast bar, look no further than Janey’s place. So many extras I hadn’t expected, Janey went above and beyond to accommodate my mum and myself with such warmth & kindness. Oh did I mention the water view from the rooms? Spectacular. We stayed 4 nights and loved coming back to being able to have dinner at home, even with a kitchenette, some extra cooking appliances from Janey helped, she was just so thoughtful! Thank you Janey, you made our trip with your hospitality. Highly recommend.

Jackson's place was really easy to find and it's only a minute walk to the shops and local restaurants. Not to mention, just across the road from the beach! The space itself was great, felt right at home, nice and private even with Jackson upstairs (although you'd never know it!). Would definitely stay again :)

An excellent location and extremely helpful host. The space is spotlessly clean and solid value. The cats were adorable and gave the place character. Way better than booking a motel room ...it felt safe and cosy. Highly recommended and we will book again.

We absolutely loved our stay!!! The apartment itself is so spacious, beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and the shower water pressure was great. The location was close to everything- we walked everywhere the weekend. Will most definitely be back - this is the perfect place for a weekend in the Mount!

I really recommend staying at Barb's place, it's got everything you would need for a short or longer stay. There's lots to do in the area and Barb gave some great recommendations and helpful information. As a host Barb is the best I've ever had, fast response time, friendly and very helpful, she really goes above and beyond!

We had an amazing four night stay here. The apartment was excellently furnished, the location effectively on the lakefront was fantastic and the outlook across the lake to Mount Tarawera was beautiful. We could not have wished for more. Thank you Murray for being such a great host

We had a very nice time in a very vibrant part of town a little noisy but fun, it is an apartment so not all rooms have windows and our host was fun and very friendly

The flat is conveniently located near a lot of shopping and restaurants. The back of the apartment complex has direct access to the beach. We had a great stay.
