Very cozy place, in the AP had everything we need. It was very clean and all organized. The location is great and has a side door in the garage with access to the beach.

The house is true to the listing, quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, complete with utensils, the lava and dry made all the difference! José is always quick in the answers and needs we had. Would recommend!

I recommend it, everything was very smooth, we were very well received, the apartment is exactly as described, cozy, with a wonderful view!!!

Very well located the apartment! We felt very safe, as we took our 14 and 10 year old girls and went out to our appointment with the assurance that they would not leave, as it is only possible if the facial is registered. This made us very safe. In the evening, we went out on foot and soon found a bar that served snacks with live music. This bar is beachfront and has a beautiful view of the BIG WHEEL (Ferris Wheel). Next to the apartment there is a market with a bakery attached. The next night we went out on the boardwalk and it was wonderful to walk and eat delicious churros and corn on the cob at the kiosks. All of this can be done on foot as a family. The view of the Ferris Wheel is only possible where the pool is. The apartment accommodates 4 people very well, 2 adults and a maximum of 2 teenagers. It has everything you need for cooking, bed and bath (excellent) About the owners, they were always helpful and left us a treat that was very gratifying.

Just as advertised. Breathtaking views and everything you need for a romantic getaway. The glass wall and balcony in the bedroom are stunning. The only real drawback? If you've read previous reviews, you know it's "The Hill". To get those views, you have to go up. And it is extremely steep. You have to have a running start to turn up the street and the same to get in the driveway. Throw in it's very narrow and a two way street, and you can feel the nervous tension. Outside of this, it was a fabulous stay. Jose is always quick to respond to requests and was accommodating in every way. If you're looking for romance, cannot recommend more highly.

The apartment is beautiful and very well located, in front of the Ferris wheel and the famous Estrada da Rainha. Very well-equipped kitchen, warm linens, a huge mirror between the suite and the bedrooms. Communication with Sol was wonderful from start to finish, she is even very attentive and detailed, an excellent host. Highlights: hot and abundant water in all faucets and shower, what a wonderful shower! | Machine that washes and dries. | location. Low points: a lot of noise from cars, motorcycles and their exhaust pipes, throughout the night, it seems that the “playboys” race cars and motorcycles all night long on the whole Av. Atlantic. | The bathroom cabinets are old and falling apart. | There is an uninterrupted water leak in the suite bathroom.

My stay was excellent, very good location of the apartment, very complete, everything to reach your hand ( beach, commercial places, house meals, etc.). Very friendly and respectful people, highly recommended

The apartment is very good, well clean and organized, with a very good taste decor, the view is exceptional, the location is great. The host Joice was always very helpful, from the first contact until after we had already left. We love the stay and we will definitely be back.

We very much liked to stay there, the great location, close to the market, pharmacy, restaurants and general commerce, very close to the beach and having a direct balcony access to the beach made all the difference for us who were with a small child. The complete kitchen, there was nothing missing and we had an issue with a key that was quickly resolved by the owner. When I return to Itapema I intend to host here again

Great place, very well located close to the beach, markets, pharmacy, bakery everything you need to have nearby you have, and the ball show pool saved us this summer season with the crowded beach the only negative point would be the garage a little cramped for those who have a bigger car more with a little care it is possible to park, the caretaker of the building always very attentive. I really enjoyed it and would definitely come back to rent again.

We love the stay. All very organized, the apartment is very beautiful and very well equipped. Right next door has a large supermarket, which makes it much easier. The host was super attentive, always responding quickly. I would definitely stay in the apartment again. It was all great.

The apartment is exactly like ba description. The location is excellent, a few steps from the beach, as well as the trade, market and pharmacy just around the corner. Bars and restaurants within meters. Jarbas and Dione super gentis, answered all questions. Jarbas welcomed us to the AP, giving us all the instructions and leaving us at ease. Our stay was perfect. We loved the place. The view of the apartment is privileged.

The apartment is exactly like in the pictures. Family atmosphere, well-equipped, clean and cozy. The host is very attentive and left several tips on places to go. The caretaker is very attentive and welcomed us very warmly. I recommend it!
