From the first contact, Mr. Markus was extremely kind and friendly. Always answering our questions and making us feel at home. The accommodation was amazing. The house has a wonderful structure, we were in a group of 12 friends and we were very well accommodated. Markus was always proactive and flexible in every aspect, and helped us from check-in to check-out. One of the best kite stays, you can be sure. We recommend and look forward to coming back soon.

Very pleasant, quiet, with easy access to locomotion. When you want to shake, you're not far from the centrinho and restaurants. And also perfect for enjoying days of rest in the lodging.

Jozias is a A 10 host! Always available and proactive in serving us in the best possible way. The house is super new, with complete furniture and utensils to enjoy a great stay in Tibau do Sul and not worry about anything. The space has a Pool, barbecue and freezer so you can enjoy the heat of Rio Grande do Norte. I had a great stay and will definitely be staying at Jozias' house again. Definitely one of the best places to stay in the area!

We had an excellent stay at this fantastic apartment. It’s huge and has plenty of space for everyone. Loved the rooftop for ocean views and reading time. Beds are great and bathrooms very good too. Everything you need in the kitchen too. The location is perfect. So easy to walk everywhere in glorious Pipa. Alain looked after us so well and we will definitely return.

Simply amazing! The house exceeded all expectations, my family loved every detail! The rooms are wonderful, spacious and very comfortable, and the entire structure of the common area and kitchen is impeccable. William, the administrator of the house, was extremely helpful from start to finish, took care of everything in advance and made everything ready for our arrival. The kitchen staff also deserves highlight, Prazeres and Monica. Without a doubt, we will return more often!

We had a wonderful weekend. The house is sensational, very well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, it is beautiful, spacious, cozy and extremely well maintained. We used the breakfast and cleaning service on one of the days, and we were attended by Michelle and Alcides, who proved to be attentive, competent and very cordial people. Breakfast was delicious, with hotel standards, and was served very quickly. From arrival to departure, we were very well received. Communication with those responsible was always efficient, attentive and kind, which gave us total peace of mind. All guests were delighted with the experience. We're already planning our return. The house is more than recommended. They were unique and very well spent days.

We arrived in the house , made the confirmation at the entrance and received identification bracelets. There was parking (uncovered) but with plenty of space the house was clean and tidy . Wi fi works well , great pillows and beds , bathrooms shower with high pressure. Overall the experience was very good, there were mosquitoes, but in the house we then lit the citronella candles available and it improved a lot. Air conditioning in all rooms works well and quiet.

The house is excellent, spacious, well cared for, exceeded expectations. Anthony, a great host, welcomed us very well. I intend to rebook the house again.

We had a truly wonderful stay! Communication was top-notch from start to finish—clear, fast, and super helpful. Ivan, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and safe—he even had a fence built around the pool just for our toddler’s safety, which meant the world to us. The property itself was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, well-kept, and exactly as described. It felt like a little slice of paradise. Cristiane and Galego, the caretakers, were so lovely and welcoming, and their whole family—including their two sweet daughters—made us feel right at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This place is a gem, and we are 100% coming back!

An absolutely incredible house, stunning location and sea views. The house in beautifully decorated with everything you could need, and the caretaker is really helpful Will be back for sure!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation. It is very nice to have a large covered outdoor area to yourself to be able to be outside both in strong sun and in rain:)

The house is one of the most beautiful in Pipa! Everything impeccable and with excellent taste! It's a mansion! Same as what's in the pictures! The host is kind and polite! Really everything perfect! I'll come back more often.
