I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Francisco for the hospitality he provided us. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how impeccable everything was: each space was perfectly equipped and extremely clean. The green areas are beautiful, well maintained, and convey an indescribable peace. In addition, his attention was exceptional, always attentive to our messages and willing to help, a place that exceeds expectations.

I've stayed at three different luxury buildings in San Jose and this was by far the best. The location is central, and you have all the trappings of a resort at your disposal: two pools, a gym, sauna and lovely rooftop spaces for working and lounging, with great views. There's an upscale food court across from the building, where everything is excellent, including the coffee at Cafe Etiopia, and even a small convenience store. The place costs a little bit more than some like it, but we were glad to have the two bathrooms. We discovered a bunch of "hidden" amenities, like umbrellas, rain ponchos, and extra chargers. In the kitchen you even have an air fryer, blender, and toaster. Communication with the host was cordial and prompt. We'd not only come back again, but would buy a condo just like this one if we hit the lottery.

This apartment is the one I would like to stay at every time I have to go to San Jose. After a busy day in the city, it's the perfect place to relax and rest, it is very quiet neighborhood and the location is very convenient as it is very easy to get to. The kitchen is well equipped, with good stainless steel pots so I would have even be able to cook a meal! Very comfortable bed, a perfect walk-in closet and all the appliances I needed. Sheyla is very helpful and attentive, she replies promptly to all messages and is very kind! I highly recommend this apartment and hope to be able stay here on my next trip to San José!

Everything was great. No complaints

I spent a couple of days with my family and we really liked the place. We took advantage of the common areas and the restaurants, which makes it very practical without the need to travel by vehicle. Another important factor is the location of the building, which is good if you have to be in the San José area. The host Salvador was always attentive to any questions.

this is a wonderful place to stay. everything was extremely efficient. there weren't any complications everything was clean and comfortable. it's a perfect walking location to a number of activities and things to do. and Sergio is fantastic at communication.

Jairo was a wonderful host for the month that we were there. He is kind, generous and talkative. He loved offering up recommendations and makes great coffee beans. We were within walking distance of the hospital which is exactly what we needed. Some things to keep in mind: the kitchen is very tiny and the city water doesn't run hot. Other than that, a very comfortable stay for the price point.

The place was good to stay, the unit was modern style, it had a nice balcony, the building had a cool rooftop and it was great be able to park my car in one of the garage spots.

This place is one of the best Airb&b I ever stayed the apartment is so well decorated Lilly and Victor are love people this place has some good present the internet speed is fast the location is of the apartment is amazing the restaurant are across the street the security is good I felt safe at all times very clean A/C in all rooms!!!! I've been in this apartment from January to June (with only one month in between), so that already says a lot: if I stayed that long, it's because it's wonderful. The place is impeccable, one of the best apartments that can be rented in the area. Ideal for one or two people, very comfortable, perfectly equipped and well organized. Mario, the host, was always attentive, decisive and attentive to every detail. Communication has been excellent from day one. I would definitely stay here again!

This place was spectacular. Everything was as described. The pool was beautiful and not overcrowded no matter what time of day. The kitchen was well equipped to cook a good meal even though there is multiple restaurants across the street so you probably won't cook much lol. Silvia was a great host and very responsive. Will definitely stay at one of her properties again.

Everything is very good

We were here for a week at the end of our trip in Costa Rica. It was a great place to relax and unwind, and everything in the apartment was of a high standard. Our host was also super responsive to any query we had. The living area is a little tight for space but the sofa is comfortable as is the bed and mattress. The bathroom was clean and it had a good shower with hot water. We didn’t do any proper cooking but the kitchen had the listed amenities. Núcleo Sabana is a new development with more to come. The food court has a good range of restaurants and great for when you want a lazy day. There is also a mini market for some basic items. There is a pool, plus other amenities, and the roof top garden and spaces are worth exploring. The development itself feels safe but also a bit isolated from the rest of the city. Ubers / taxis are cheap and it’s only a short ride to some of the markets and other sites. Overall, we would stay again and also recommend to others.

I really enjoyed my stay in this apartment. It was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for my time there. Communication with the cohost Salvador was excellent. He was very responsive to a small question that I had. The location is excellent, as are the amenities in the complex including the restaurants downstairs. This is a great place to stay in San Jose.
