The accommodation is very functional, easy to access, secure, restored and tastefully decorated with charm. conveniently located next to the Futuroscope, this accommodation is perfect for recovering from a good day. It is quiet, the peaceful environment and waking up with their animals make this place a soothing place that we recommend. Looking forward to coming back to discover the rest of the area. ‘Le Barn’, in the grounds of Chateau Belebat, is a charming accommodation which is beautifully and tastefully presented by the engaging hosts Jeff and Oscar. It is a peaceful, rural location, ideal as a base from which to explore this area of the Loire by car. For those on 2 wheels, it is worth mentioning the cycle path close by which connects to the local village with the all important Boulanger just 2km away from Le Barn. The nearby town of Richelieu is worth a visit and there are numerous other attractions in the locality. We picnicked by the river, tasted and bought wine in various Chateaux, explored Saumur, Chinon, Amboise, and several smaller villages, discovered charming restaurants, explored local markets and toured some of beautiful Chateaux gardens. Overall a wonderful spot although the little seating area outside Le Barn is not particularly private or comfortable if one wanted to chill/sleep/read a book in complete peace for an hour or two after a hard day sightseeing.

Excellent stay in Thérèse and Thierry's beautiful house. The house is tastefully decorated and very well-equipped. The garden is very large and wooded. Recommended!

Impeccable accommodation, very modern and perfectly clean! We had a great time, the apartment is true to the photos, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. Only small downside: one of the rooms did not have air conditioning, which can be a little annoying in case of high heat. But overall, everything was great. Thank you very much for hosting us

Quiet, clean and ideally located accommodation (Bakeries, pharmacy etc.) in the square in front of the accommodation. 5 minutes from Futuroscope by car. Gwladys is very responsive and friendly :) I recommend it!

What a gem! The Red House sits perfectly nestled in the picturesque, quaint medieval village of Chinon with close access to restaurants, shops, and parking at the bottom of a sloped cobblestone street. From the door of the lodging you can walk up to the fortress in about 5 minutes! We were charmed by this historic home and comfortable during our stay. The rooms were clean, well appointed, and provided for all of our needs. Please note that the staircase to get up to the Airbnb is steep and uneven.

Hello we were at the Futurocope and the accommodation was perfect about 15 minutes. The Dissay tavern is great and a 5-minute walk away. The accommodation is well equipped. Thanks to Benjamin. If we come back to the area we'll stop there again. see you soon

Accommodation as described, everything was exactly as mentioned in the listing, very good for 4 people, a little tight for 6. I would recommend this place, close to the Futurocope and all other shops.

Great experience, Christophe is very responsive and was able to respond to all our requests (including a forgotten accessory that he was able to leave for us in the apartment 1 hour before our arrival), in addition we were able to benefit from preferential rates at Futuroscope! The apartment is exactly as shown in the photos, the bedding is very comfortable, everything is available for a very pleasant short stay! Free parking and Futuroscope/Aquascope accessible in less than 10 minutes by a small secure pedestrian road. Thank you for everything!

Very pleasant host and very clean and nice accommodation

Perfect studio for a night close to Futuroscope. The listing is as described. Clean accommodation and the arcade machine has its little effect for retro-gaming lovers. The bedding is fine and the bathroom is sufficient, the hair dryer is a plus.
