We immediately felt at home here and were very satisfied. Communication was always quick and smooth. After check-out, we were also allowed to drop off our luggage. Also, the ability to wash your clothes was super convenient! We would recommend the property to anyone! The location is great for a few days in town and is also pleasantly quiet in the side street. We had a fantastic stay at this ultra-modern, space-age-inspired Airbnb! The design was sleek and stylish, with so much attention to detail—from the steamer (super handy!) to an impressive selection of coffee-making gear including an AeroPress and drip setup. The team at Circadian was absolutely lovely—friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. One of our favorite touches was the record player with a curated selection of vinyls, which really made the place feel like home. Located in the Tan Dinh Ward, the apartment is just 15 minutes from the airport and a welcome escape from the crowds around Ben Thanh Market. We appreciated the quieter surroundings, and biking around the city from this spot was easy and convenient. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a stylish, well-equipped home base in Ho Chi Minh City! Will definitely book this place again when we’re back in the city! ☺️

Xelu has a wonderful apartment in the nature side of Saigon. We really enjoyed the private pool. me and our friends were amazed from the moment we got into our apartment. The ride to the city is with 30 minutes long but totally worth it once you get into the apartment. We had also a huge JBL party box which was awesome for music at the pool or inside. The apartment was very clean and tidy. 10/10 recommended

Koi was a wonderful and considerate host, especially accommodating our late checkout due to a delayed flight. The place itself was cozy, clean, and very comfortable. I would definitely book it again when we return to Vietnam.

Location is great easy to get a grab or get picked up for tours. Check in was very easy and they even allowed us to drop off our luggage before check in so we can explore the city worry free. The place was very clean and is in a safe location. The locals are very friendly. Next time in Ho Chi Minh City I would come back and stay here.

Very clean and new, as shown in the photos, it is quite spacious, the bathroom is cleaner, and it is located in the alley of the downtown area, it is not noisy, the traffic is convenient, it is definitely the first choice for accommodation in Ho Chi Minh City.

The TV was a good size for movie nights, and the bed was super comfortable. Overall, a clean, cozy, and well-equipped place. I’d definitely stay here again!

The apartment corresponds to the description and photos with a beautiful view of the city, there is a large swimming pool, a gym and much more on the territory, the house is located near the city center. There is everything you need nearby, a grocery store, a pharmacy, a massage. The owner of the apartment is very responsive and always in touch, we are very glad that we chose this particular apartment ❤️

Clean rooms, great central location just minutes from Bui Vien and Ben Thanh Market, functional washer and dryer and great views of the city. Hosts were great communicators and very helpful throughout our stay.

A great little apartment with everything you need, away from the hustle and bustle of centre of town but close enough to be in the centre in no time at all. Decent sized beds and fully furnished exactly what we needed!
