Clean studio unit with bathroom and living room

Enjoy a cozy stay in our studio. We're centrally-located in the heart of Fort Myers, with the interstate, RSW airport and Gulf Coast Town Center shops right around the corner. The beach is only a 25 minute drive, 10 minutes to the outlets, and 25 minutes to downtown. It's nice and quiet inside, with a place to work, relax to some TV, and has a comfortable queen size bed and a futon for an extra person. We have a full bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave, towels and plates to enjoy a meal.

Bring the whole family to this beautiful and spacious 5 bedroom home located in the San Carlos Park area of Fort Myers. There are children’s toys, books and baby equipment for your use during your stay. We have a beach wagon, towels, chairs and toys available to make your beach trips more enjoyable. Soft padded mats are also available to use for little ones who are still crawling. Our house is very kid friendly. We have bath towels, laundry detergent, toiletries, etc.

Tropical King Cottage By Beach, Heated Pool & BBQ!

I had a great stay at the cottage. It was very clean and in a nice location. It had everything we needed for our trip and also after a long day in the sun the ac was very nice to return to. It was about a 15-20 minute drive to Sanibel or Fort Myers so travel to the beaches was short for whichever one you choose. I would definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend the cottage to anyone.

Absolutely loved our stay here. The home is spacious with an great outdoor set-up. The hosts are responsive to messages. The location is close to area of shopping and great local restaurants/bars. We were in town for a wedding and were so glad we chose this option versus a hotel.

Nick’s place was perfect for a few days’ worth of staycationing. The location was tucked back in a quiet neighborhood, which made it feel more secluded and private. You do hear some walking around from those upstairs, but nothing too crazy. The shower was amazing. Would recommend to anyone wanting a little peace and privacy.

We definitely feel we found a hidden gem in Fort Myers, San Carlos is a perfect location for being nearby key locations but also staying clear of overcrowded places. Traffic was never an issue for us and the neighborhood itself is stunning. No laundry facilities but the nearest laundromat sufficed! The kitchen is more than equipped to make most basic meals. The entire unit was very clean and it’s a very pleasant space to occupy. Be sure to ask for extra towels and linens if you’ve got a longer stay. We ended up needing to wash the towels and bedding because of sand, which, we probably could have asked for more of those items during the stay but I hate to be inconvenient for the hosts as they were already incredibly nice and flexible for us. Most importantly and overall, the host’s hospitality, everything the hosts provide, the home itself, the location and THE PRICE made it beyond perfect for the two of us!!

David’s place was a little out of the way to get to everything. But it worked for us as his place gave us everything we needed for our stay. The house next door was a little sketch but we had no issues with any of the neighbors! It’s a very nice home. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Very dog friendly! He even has a board for the dog to climb out of the pool. Nice fenced in back yard with a doggie door that my dog enjoyed using! ❤️

King Studio Explore SWFL Beach, Trails & Treasures

Great value for a simple stay! We stayed in Jessy’s studio while visiting our FGCU student. Location is within a few minutes drive to several stores and shopping centers. Convenient location to the college if your preference is to stay out of high priced hotels. We don’t spend much time in lodging when visiting our student as we’re spending as much time as we can with our kid! Would be a great location for FGCU move in/out when you’re busy all day and just need a comfortable, safe place to sleep. We didn’t use any appliances or fix meals but everything was there should we have wanted to. Space is just as described - a studio created under a stilt home. Didn’t see a single bug…which if you frequent south Florida often, you know is a victory of its own. Parking is off road which is important in San Carlos as the streets are tight. We had a little extra effort getting into the parking space but this was more due to the massive size of our rental, not the property.
