We are lucky to experience a beautiful region and between Geneva, Annecy, Chamonix and Evian our small medieval city is the center of Haute-Savoie. 20 minutes from ski resorts such as La Clusaz, Grand Bornand..., not forgetting lakes such as Léman, Annecy, Montriond ... and of course hikes in medium and high mountains. My husband is passionate about cycling "Honorary president of a club in La Roche" and I am a painter, sculptor. We would be happy to share our passions.

The location is ideal for visiting the Lake Annecy area and its mountains. Sports or relaxing holidays... It's up to you! The cottage is located next to our main house while being totally independent.

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in a tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.
