We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful 1BHK villa on Mattu Beach, Udupi. The spacious property is clean, well-maintained, and offers private beach access. The peaceful surroundings made it a serene experience. One can easily spot peacocks in the surroundings that added charm to the place. The villa includes a living room, kitchen, bedroom, separate toilet and bathroom with all essentials provided, making our stay very convenient. Special thanks to our host, Vivek, who stayed in touch from the moment we booked. He guided us with the best route from Bangalore and recommended great seafood spots in Mangalore and Udupi. He even insisted we try the delicious Gajbaje Sundae at Naturals – a must-try! We arrived to a warm welcome with hot tea. The caretakers were lovely and served delicious breakfast daily. Their hospitality added to the charm of our stay. Overall, we had an amazing experience and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Udupi!

A very good cottage very near to the beach. Plenty of great places nearby to visit , temples, beaches , good seafood restaurants etc.

We had a wonderful stay at Kaveri’s beach front property in Udupi. The location was dreamy—just steps from the sea, which made it perfect for our kids. Despite the summer heat, they had a blast by the coast! Kaveri was thoughtful and responsive, even while travelling. She shared all the details in advance and helped us plan our stay around our train timings, which was a big help since we didn’t use private transport. Her caretaker Sashi was nearby and connected us with a great auto driver who made local travel easy and affordable. We could cook, relax, and truly unwind. The cherry on top was her rare and generous discount for families with autism—something we deeply appreciated. Highly recommend for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway!

Haneefa nest was a wonderful stay, All the amenities were there and very mindful care was taken for guest comfort. Ameer is a great host taking care of smallest of requirements of the guests and will gladly help with your iternary as well.

This place is one of the best in area. It is close to lot of activities as well as religious places. It was clean, and we enjoyed our stay here. Although we checked in late, the caretaker Santosh was present to receive us and help us with all the things and information we needed. He is gentle, sweet and thoughtful about the guests' needs and provided support accordingly. The interactions we had with him were genuine and honest. The local people were nice too, even towards us strangers. They gave out way for our vehicles without even asking or hinting for it. The amenities were well thought out to accommodate guests including families and kids. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to visit this area.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb property -Malpe Guest house in Udupi. The location was perfect—peaceful, close to Malpe Beach, and just a short drive to the famous Sri Krishna Mandir. You ll be greeted with Peacocks in the house surroundings. The host- Varun was incredibly warm and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout the stay. The home was spotlessly clean, well-ventilated, and thoughtfully furnished with all modern amenities including high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully-equipped kitchen, and cozy bedding. I especially loved the elevated view—lush greenery and a gentle sea breeze made mornings here so relaxing. If you're looking for a quiet, homely space with easy access to temples, beaches, and local eateries, this is the perfect place. Highly recommended for families, solo travelers, or couples looking for a peaceful getaway in coastal Karnata udupi

We had an extremely enjoyable and relaxing stay at Seabatical. Avinash was easy to reach out to, place is well kept and clean and as seen in pics. The home cooked lunch was exceptional. Recommend the seafood dishes cooked by the in house chef, you may not get it for dinner, but better to ask and get it arranged in advance. Special thanks to Anthony and the caretaker team for taking such good care of us, especially my toddler. We had a few requests for her and they went out of their way to help out everytime. Easily the most recommended place near Mangalore/Udupi. Suggestions-check the weather forecasts before leaving. We had a lot of stormy weather during our stay.
