Impeccable accommodation in the city center close to all places to visit. The bed is very comfortable, the accommodation is convenient and the terrace is very cool for an aperitif or breakfast. There are the cathedral bells that ring very loud every morning but we didn't mind, no need to wake up!

The apartment is really in the middle of the countryside and right on the hiking and biking trail, which is also ideal for jogging. It is stylish and functional and very well appointed. Bakeries and shops can be reached in 5 minutes by car. Everything went as planned and we had a nice time.

Christine and Xavier welcomed us very kindly, while being discreet. In a small, very pleasant and functional accommodation, the ecological dimension of which can be noted. We took advantage of the wise advice of our hosts for our stay. Peaceful holiday spot, 2 steps from the beach and very numerous walking and biking trails. Note the maritime shuttles Les petits passeurs to go from peninsula to peninsula.

We fell in love with this place in 2023 and so we returned in 2024. If you are a couple looking for somewhere beautiful to have a relaxing holiday, this is the perfect place. I totally recommend it.

Wonderful location in old town of Vannes. We found public parking nearby(less than 5 min walk). The appartment has been very tastefully renovated, is very roomy and in an excellent spot, so close to great restaurants, boulangeries and the market in the Halles. I highly recommend it!

Claudine is a lovely lady. Welcomed with care and kindness, we are delighted with our stay. The accommodation is perfectly clean, equipped and designed for a comfortable stay. All that's missing is the 160 size bed, but that's just a downside. We'll be happy to go back! Thank you very much for your kindness.

The loft offered by Armelle was impeccable, very functional and as described: - Bedroom: clean and very comfortable bedding with easy-to-access sockets on each side of the bed. - Kitchen: pots, pans, utensils and small appliances in sufficient quantity to prepare a good meal. (Salt, pepper, oil and vinegar available). Kettle, coffee maker and toaster available. Everything was clean! A bottle of cider in the fridge, some cookies and coffee pods available for our arrival, it's a nice touch after the journey. - Bathroom and toilet: very clean. The only downside is that this room closes with a curtain and not a door and there is little space to put the toilet kits but it did not affect our stay! - Living room: very comfortable and cozy. - Outside, the weather was not with us, a small sheltered corner would not have been refused to have coffee facing the golf course. We are delighted with our stay!

Cédric and Justine are very welcoming hosts, with good fishing tips. The listing is true to the listing, clean and very peaceful. The proximity to the sea is ideal. We would recommend this studio without hesitation for a stay in Penerf.

Very peaceful accommodation, with a jacuzzi which is a real asset. We really enjoyed the presence of the birds in front of the house. The city is quiet and has the necessary shops for a perfect weekend. We'll be happy to go back!

Could not say enough about how wonderful this place is if I had 10,000 characters available. Exceeded all of our expectations. Every detail was charming, thoughtful, and well maintained. The garden is stunning and natural, not cluttered with decorations but rather elegantly designed with plants and vines. The pool is beautiful. Sophie greeted us upon arrival and was so kind and welcoming. They have just the right amount of amenities to keep you entertained but allow you to sit back and relax. Incredible value here - we will be back!
